I think Chloe really excels when she's playing slow, lyrical notes. She tends to play it slower but I feel it sounds better.

The SSO can read my mind! (I saw the programme for the new season today and I am thrilled! It is wonderful - and much deserved - that Chloe's Artist in Residency has been extended for a second year, and the concerts and recitals scheduled for her are very exciting. You have also secured some fantastic soloists from overseas too. Classical music lovers in Singapore are really blessed!)

Very nice solo, but the accent and coarseness of the second note on the viola really bothers me.

I had thought when watching the video how much I enjoyed the violist's performance! It is common enough for the violist to accent the second note (e.g. YT performances by perlman, jansen and mutter). I am not sure what you mean by "coarseness." Are you referring to the less common staccato/shortness? Either way, I think the contrast between viola and violin adds piquancy to Chloe's mellifluous and intoxicated solo.
