Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. KZbinrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

On day 8, I CANNOT thank you enough Chloe thank you so much, I lost my period for 7 months due to my weight and I cannot believe how these helped me get my period back thank you so much. I am down 10 pounds already

10 exercises 40-50 secs on 10 secs rest 0:50 - single leg drop variation (50 secs) 1:50 - plank to side plank (50 secs) 2:50 - plank with hip dips (50 secs) 3:51- bicycle crunch (50 secs) 4:52 - side plank tap (L) (40 secs) 5:42 - side plank tap (R) (40 secs) 6:32 - the 100 leg drop (50 secs) 7:32 - reverse crunch (50 secs) 8:33 - single leg toe touch (50 secs) 9:33 - plank jacks (50 secs) You've got this guys🔥

I used to do all these so easily but just after 3 months I'm back to square one 😭 that's what an unhealthy lifestyle does to people y'all, try to be consistent, don't be like me 😔 Edit : y'all are sooooo sweet and nice in the comments omg ily 💜💜💜🫂 and in another good news, I can once again do these exercises for their full duration ! (except for the side planks my arms have become noodles lmaoo) So if you're starting it new or doing it after a while, don't give up! You got it friends! All the best let's get these down! 💪🏻

You will be alright. Just be consistent. This is my 3rd workout after warmup and hiit cardio in Chloe's summer shred. I cheated on this workout cutting it into half.

i was really consistent with chloe's workouts last year around september and lost 10 lbs within 2 months! but around december i started becoming stressed with school and gained all the weight i lost and i just haven't done a workout since. this workout program is amazing and couldn't have come at a better time since i've never been a fan of long workouts and want to get back into working out again consistently at a slow pace. chloe really is amazing with her workouts and i'm in love with this one so far!

This 2024 summer shed is awesome. I had stiff body. This challenge not only making my body feel lite it just helps in strengthening my muscles. I find this change in just 5 days of this challenge. I feel happy and stronger. Till 4th day i couldn’t do the workouts properly and i took so many breaks but today i can feel the strength and i did all the workouts almost perfectly. Keep going guys. Let’s make our Chloe proud❤

Day 9 finished ! Till now, I've seen changes on my back and stomach but there is no changes in my legs and arms but it really is helping my waist was about 35/34 inch but now it's 30 inches!!!!!!! I'm really not following any diets but I'm making sure I am avoiding sugary foods, oily foods and foods from outside.Wish me luck so that I can finish this challenge 🗿

I like how I’m not feeling completely wrecked after these workouts! I’m on day 3 and honestly didn’t have plans to start working out. But Tuesday morning I woke up and just felt the need to find an exercise video to try. And I’m really liking this! I have energy throughout the day and I don’t dread waking up to get this done first thing in the morning. 😊

It's only day 2 😭 How am I suppose to get through the whole challenge? 😭 My legs and butt still hurt from yesterday and now my abs buurn 🔥 Almost every excercise I fell back on the floor like 2 or 3 times and took a break/slowed down.

Yay ! I love your OG ab challenge video (2 week shred) from when coco and staying home were the days, but I found the exercises not long enough, 30s only and it's soo sad coz just 15s more to each rep takes it to the next level ! So i put the video on 0.75 or 0.5 speed for an extra challenge! I'm glad for this video the reps are 50 seconds each. I've been doing your abs videos and other workouts from other youtubers for five weeks now, 6 days a week. With a very healthy diet (didn't cut a lot my calories, even upped them for my breakfast and lunch and lowered only the dinner and cut out snacking) and i lil bit of walking because the weather has been awful where i live for the past 3 months, it's so sad can't do 10k steps anymore because it's raining all day everyday ugh such a sad spring and summer seems to be starting the same way... Well I've managed to lose a bit of my stomach, love handles and butt/thigh fat
