@@olaaabdulllah1879 we are at a similar weight and height, I'm 1.62.5cm( 5'3) and 146 pounds ( ~66 Kg). I think if you're in a healthy BMI range and you're building muscle you will look great at 60 kg. For me I wanna lose 10 kg if possible but I don't believe in myself 😭

Last September 2022 I started my diet journey, followed by a nutritionist and by completing Chloe’s challenges. I love the strength and tone videos, started with 2kgs, then upgraded to 4kgs and now here I am using 6kgs weights per arm. I lost 15kgs of pure fat in 10 months, and my nutritionist even congratulated me for working out so well without going to the gym (I work out at home). In the last 2 months I put on 1,1kgs of muscles, while going down with fat. So… thank you Chloe for these videos, you explain how to do the exercises really well, definitely my coach/trainer. ❤️ It would be amazing to meet you in person here in Italy. 🥰

@@glam2022 You weren't talking to me, but I’m going to respond to your comment anyway. Hip dips are genetic and caused by your bone structure. Exercise might be able to reduce the appearance of hip dips. However, removing them completely most likely won't happen. Instead, I suggest you aim on working on stability and strengthening exercises. Hip dips are gorgeous, and most women have some extent of them. Correct me if I made any grammar or punctuation mistakes. Also, if you want more information or I just didn't explain this sufficiently, I’d be glad to help explain anything with more detail.

I've been doing this set for 4 days now ,I started as 55.7 kg ,But I always walk for 3k to 10k steps before doing this excersize and doing intermittent fasting 16-8 . In my 4 days ,I'm at 53.7 kg . I know its too much but I feel better and these sets makes me sweat a lot ,it's a good finisher for my 10k steps each day. ❤❤❤

@@ajeng7867 I've been doing hourglass 2023 videos using resistance band and dumbbells. My eating habit is nearly as same as before. I cut down on dessert but didn't cut it out completely, I eat milk ice cream whenever I want. in short, no, i didn't diet but cut down on some pastries

Hi Chloe! I started doing your workouts last year(2020 2week shred was my first) and they really helped me. I stopped doing them for a while, and my strength declined, but when I saw you had a new challenge coming out, I was super excited. I usually do my workouts anywhere between 6:30-8:00am, so I wasn’t able to officially start day one. I did however, do your 20 minute vid for this challenge and omg. It was the most fun I’ve had doing a workout EVER. I’m going to do this tonight, so I can start day two tomorrow and I can’t wait. I’ve been doing Chloe’s videos for 3+ years and this is by far the best core one: I have a lower back that puts me in and out of physical therapy and this is the first video that feels like both a PT workout AND an ab-burner. Проверим эту тренировку Есть буду +/- на сбалансированом питании, но не полностью День 1: всё оки, немного потом болел пресс, и последнее упражнение сделала не полностью, жуть как заболел пресс День 2: всё тоже оки, но опять не полностью сделала последнее упражнение, пока что нет особых изменений, но на душе прямо комфорт от тренировки 3 день: сделала всю тренировку, но последнее упражнение вообще кое как. Но я считаю это достижение, что я в целом его осилила. Питалась плохо. Но стараюсь поменьше и по сбалансированей. 4 день. Ела всего на 1000 калорий примерно. Тренировку сделала всю. Стала замечать визуальные изменения. Сегодня сделала тренировку полностью. Я счастлива. Все делайте, пробуйте. Я в вас верю! 5 день. Ушло около 3 кг, но я так полагаю, что это вода, начинает жёстко тяжело делать тренировки, в конце доделывала ели как. Но тренировка топчик. Питания сегодня придерживалась плохо, но думаю ела калорий на 1000-1100, ела мало, но калорийно( Думаю буду делать тренировку ещё весь сентябрь, точнее надеюсь на это. Ещё визуально видно небольшие результаты, я очень рада. Пните, чтобы не забыла

I've been going to the gym regularly but because I love Chloe I have been doing this for the past 2.5 weeks and OH MY GOD!!! The difference in my waist is just amazing. I will start tomorrow, I already did my workout for today...I will share my progress here for 28 days! Good luck everyone Started on 11th July 2023, my goal is to be consistent throughout this program Day one: I didn't want to be late for lectures so I split the workout into two... I did the warm up and the hourglass workout and the cooldown in the morning and I did this one (snatched waist workout) and another cooldown... I do the 5 mins cooldown btw, 15 mins is too much for me. Day 2: Done ✅ and boy oh boy, my arms ain't mine anymore 😂...it was challenging than I expected Day 3: Done✅ 7/10 Day 4: Done ✅ 7.5/10 Day 5: Done ✅ 9/10 Day 6: Rest day😊 (did some yoga) Day 7: rest day (did some yoga) Day 8: ✅ it was fun and enjoyable (6/10) Day 9: ✅ I am loving this, I feel so good in my body after the exercise (6/10) I am not doing this to see a change in my body... because the change will come definitely, my ultimate goal is to be consistent and feel good and I am feeling terrifically awesome rn. The changes I have noticed in my body (physical appearance) My booty is more rounder and giving that huge effect and my waist is getting clinched, my tummy is always flat lately, my posture has improved, my strength too... I am not following any strict diet (not eating less or eating to gain weight) I just eat whatever I feel like, Can I just say I am so fuckin happy Day 10: I did it, it was a bit challenging but I pushed through and I loved it💖, this is a 7/10 for me Day 11: Done, my arms hurt so bad 9/10 for me, it's like every video in today's challenge is just a repetition of themselves 😭😂...can't wait to work these legs and glutes tomorrow. Day 12: I always forget to update, I did it, I don't really recall how it went but I think it was good.. Not so challenging 6/10 Day 13: rest day (did some yoga) Day 14: rest day = yoga day Day 15: I did it, I was in a really bad mood today but I still showed up, I am proud of myself for that Day 16: my mood is only getting worse, I procrastinated working out and I only did the warm up and 1 min of the first video, something came up so I couldn't continue I really regret procrastinating, now I am here typing this at 12:46am, I wanted to make up for it but I couldn't... I just finished the first video on the schedule for "yesterday" basically, I can't proceed I feel dizzy I will complete the rest later in the day, overall I missed today's workout Day 17: I did half at dawn and the rest ...I didn't do Day 18: I did it, I feel overwhelmed, lost and confused...I should have prepared myself for this, I always struggle with consistency because somewhere in the middle something always happens...but I wont let that weigh me down I won't give up...today's workout was a bit challenging but i felt good afterwards 😊 Day 19: done, I enjoyed it Not so challenging 5/10... I noticed that despite the "shits" going on in my life, I am still able to show up for the workout and the only reason why I wasn't consistent and ended up missing 2 days was because I was not eating enough, I procrastinate eating and I only eat twice a day, sometimes once so when I am exercising I feel dizzy then I quit Lesson learned: Don't skip meals, eat more. @@ashwinireddy4297 The changes I have noticed in my body (physical appearance) are; My booty is more rounder and giving that huge effect and my waist is getting clinched, my tummy is always flat lately, my posture has improved, my strength too... I am not following any strict diet (not eating less or eating to gain weight) I just eat whatever I feel like, Can I just say I am so fuckin happy😅😭

Ok plank twist saved me! I used to hate core exercises because of hip dips. I could never get a full breath no matter how slow or fast I went. It was simply a fight to breathe during the exercise. But hip twists are a modification of it and I’m loving it now that I can breathe properly. Thanks so much Chloe!

These exercises look really different so im going to try this in the morning before school and some other video in the afternoon ! (Also one thing I’m not changing my diet or watching my calories or anything , I mostly try eating fulling meals with protein n fiber ! And try my best to stay away from snacks like gummies cookie etc while watching my portion control and thats got me pretty far ! But I still do eat sweets every *once* in awhile !) Upper waist : 27 in Middle waist : 25.5 in Lower waist : 27/28 in Day 1 :✅ Ive been doing home workout since after quarantine and this one was surprisingly hard but felt good ! Day 2: ✅ today it was a little easier expect the reverse planks my arms be giving out but it didn’t today Day 3 : ✅ so far so good ! . it felt easier today even tho my arms are sore from the reverse planks, but I’ve notice this makes my gut digestion faster when I got bloated while eating yesterday my stomach was constantly gurgling. 10 min later I realized when it stop I was not as bloated anymore, and I see small result in my lower belly fat it’s a little smaller !. Day 4 ✅ : don’t have much to say today was easy and fun !, and the reverse pranks were even easier today ! And I have notice my back is little more tone also. day 5 ❌ : Had a rest day today guys ! recommend u take one at least once a week day 6 ✅: today was super easy arms feel better and stronger with the the rest day my waist looks smaller and my lower core is way more tone. (I will be remeasuring by the end of this weekend to see if the results from one week !) Day 7✅: last day before measurement tmmr guys ! Wish me luck today felt pretty easy and my arms feel stronger, very proud of my self and body now (if u even have trouble with consistency which I do I just think it only 10 minutes out of a 24 hour day I got this ! And you do too !) also if u want to know the other videos I do in the night just ask ! Week one results 🟢 upper waist : 26 in middle waist : 25 in lower wait : 28 in my torso anatomy is a little different, my hips start at my lower torso since my torso is long. So for reference I have an inverted hourglass so your result may differ. BUT ill tell u what, u def will still get pretty good results. my stomach is now amazingly tone it crazy, My arms are tone and stronger, and gut health is way better then ever. I barley get bloated now even after over eating. So don't be unmotivated!, when I first started doing home workouts in general I was quite large. My waist was almost 30 in, along with lots of belly fat/fupa. Even still before this workout I always had a little fat in my lower core what never left cause of my lose skin, But now after this workout my lower core is completely flat n tone from the muscle mass I've gain. My lose skin is sm less noticeable it took me 2 yrs to finally know what works for ME along with my AnBp eating disorder. I finally have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. So my last two best advice I can give you is Don't watch your calories, watch your portions of food instead !, Along with well rest. Without rest days and 8 hours of sleep💤 you will not see your *best* results. I hope u enjoy my review I will be continuing this workout but will no longer update this. Research transverse abdominal muscles and what they do and symptoms of having weak transverse abdominal muscles. I now do this video to supplement all my workout programs!

Here is my first day of doing this workout video. Will try to do it 7 days in a row with a day of rest; maybe I can do it for a bit longer. Have to get ready for my girls' trip with friends :) Which is in 12 days QoQ Day 1: done! As I used to have some sport in my life, this workout was not that hard. Btw, it is my favourite Chloe's deep core routine. I always like the exercises and music!

So, guys... I've finished a two-week summer shred challenge and I'm almost done with the second challenge... and I've reduced my food and I'm eating somewhat healthy, I mean healthier than before... but I'm really starting to feel sad... and my hope is almost running out. Really... I mean almost two months of exercising and eating healthy and I didn't see any results... even a small result... It started to make me really upset and I feel like I'm really in psychological pain... I mean I recently realized that I'm ugly and all I wanted was to improve my body. At least, but it never works.. I don't know what's wrong.. Is it my food, the exercises, or am I wrong.. Any advice? If it was small it would really help... Please!

First of all I really want to say that am proud of u you did great in the last 2 months and your beautiful but may be the problem is with the hormones or something else so I advice you to go to a nutrition and if you feel that you're doing the exercise wrong u can ask a cotch for help but in the end remember your amazing and keep going on 💙
