Wouldnt he be the heavies pro body builder, who achieves clean (not like mark walberg), full planche?. I know there is one pro body builder and have insane form, but I forgot his name.
@PureRedConcentratedCherryJuice5 ай бұрын
@michazytecki965 Highly doubt it would be proper form w/ locked out arms, hollow body (suppose this is optional), fully extended-stuck together legs. With his big calves and legs that negatively affect his leverage (planche is a lever move), I highly doubt he'll reach a full planche hold in a year or two even.

@@OArchivesX You forgot about something called "technique" look at 2:17 and see how difficult it is for a deadlifter/bodybuilder to lift that shitty weight. Callistenics is basically an unruled street version of gymnastic ( every gymnastic athlete can to callistenics since that's the start point for them) so both work on levers, lifting body weights and resistance only difference is that as i said gymnastic has rules to follow is more "elegant" in the movements and it is basically done for olympics. BODYBUILDERS don't train any of those things at all.... maybe i mean some resistance? Wrist, Elbows, Shoulders and at higher levels also fingers are the protagonists of calli's discipline . Futher more you add balance, weights, agility, mobility and freestyle to that. Bodybuilding and Deadlifting (besides few excercise where you do little elbows and wrists turns) are based on static movements, it's a completly different stuff. Not comparable sports.

@PkYkk5 ай бұрын
it's not about weight alone its about his fat to muscle ratio
@nadirqg5 ай бұрын
@@PkYkk his ratio is amazing but he also has very large muscles that just go against him for this exercise, huge legs for example do not help to do a planche, if anything, it just makes it harder with the added weight. That's why calisthenics athletes have medium legs compared to bodybuilders.
@anthonycraig2745 ай бұрын
Guys, you are forgetting this is body weight training, you are training with whatever body weight you have. This is why there is a natural equilibrium of how much muscle/fat you can put on and be a callisthenic athlete.
