Finally now that I am 28 I'm BECOMING! just returned from a two weeks solo-trip to another country where I got to learn new language, experience new culture, got to know new amazing people, met my fears, and experience such intimacy with God!! I feel happy single

Wow, so true Sis! I can testify about this. Being bored and operating out of loneliness, can cause for your discernment to get blurry. Therefore, you immediately fall for the distractions and start to entertain people (friendships/relationships) that are not meant to be aligned with your life and purpose. I heard a good word here about waiting. Wow! How dangerous it is to be waiting because we end up being idle and bored. How true that is. It is true that as we invest our time with him, he fills the voids we have. Each New Year my prayer has been to grow spirtually and closer to Him. This has been my prayer for roughly twelve years as i dont believe in New Years resolutions, but rather growing spiritually and this has been what God has placed in me to pray. I'm late but I truly needed this! I never thought of it that way. I was dating someone great guy overall and it didn't work out last year. After we broke it off, I decided to completely focus on myself. I've been celibate for 6 years now but working on the purity part more and more. So I felt like our flesh was weak although I didn't go all the way with him I wasn't ready to be in a relationship or at least we weren't a good fit if I'm testing the waters. I then received a new/higher position at my job that I've been employed at for 5 years. I began making more money, receiving more opportunities and working on my health even more. Everything was falling into place so I felt my waiting turned into becoming last year. I'm continously working on myself and I love to say and hear BECOMING more than waiting. Thank you Morgan. I'm began dating again for almost half a year but I know more of what I want and I'm okay if it doesn;t work out I'll still work on me and BECOMING until God blesses me with his son.

Am a 35 year old single mother and relationship wise I have always meet people below my standards and it's like I pick the same type of man all the time. God answers prayers in funny ways..... I met a guy like last week and cause I AM BORED, I was like no problem BUT with a little prayer here and there cause you never know..... God said AINT IT!!!!! and BOOM i get this video in the notification box...... But i do think once you do the work on yourself, if God sends you your person, you will be ready for him. He will add to you and not make you because you will already be fully made by God.
