That guitar he's playing means so much to him. One of his friends gave it to him after letting Dallas play it for songs off of Little Hell. The friend ended up passing away not too long after. It's kinda heartbreaking to find that out and then see Dallas play it.

Love the song and have the album as I do a couple of others. I actually saw him perform his last show with Alexisonfire in Montreal. I met him in Burlington Vt during the Grandpoint Northfest of which he performed as City & Colour.

Ryan Haber yeah just lift your index or middle finger and hammer-on to get that sound. Also i noticed the second chord in the verse is not G but G/B. It's bascly the fingering of your basic open C chord but removing your third finger and moving the second finger to the 5th string (which is the "B" note)
