Hey I think your band workouts are great!!, I'm 53 year old woman and have been permanently disabled for 24 years and I use bands and do some of the same workouts. I wanted to know if the workouts you are showing are aimed only for men? As a woman and disability I don't want to look like a man since I really focus on my back

Typically 3 months minimum. You could run this for 12 or more months if you wanted.
