since my abs and left leg are weak, it has caused my hip flexors to become inflamed. i have been doing rehab for 3 weeks. now i’m out for the whole season, and possibly need to get surgery. SO KEEP YOUR ABS STRONG GUYS. i learned the hard way

Perhaps begin by only doing this workout once a week, then after a couple of weeks if you find it to easy then starting increasing the number of times you do it in a week. Also if you find it to difficult you can always adjust the time in which you're working. For example you could work for 15 seconds and rest for 15 seconds, rather than 20 seconds. Hope that helps :)!

I'd recommend performing this routine every other day mate. After a while and as you get stronger, you should increase the number of days you perform core exercises. Also, the exercises in the above only focus on the abdominals remember to work on lower back muscles as you don't want an imbalance from the anterior (front of the body) and posterior (back of the body) chain. Hope that helps mate!

YT Saucy Josh13 don’t do that bro. If you exercise too much at our age your muscles could grow too much and could eventually grow wrong in puberty. I should keep it on 3 days a week
