Been doing this for 2 weeks. Today I stood in front of the mirror shirtless and my abs is just looking amazing. I don’t care about the looks, I just want to be in shape for soccer. Not only I see the improvement on the pitch, it also gives my abs a great look. Great workout. Consistency is key!

I will be doing this exercise and keep you active with my results every day. Info about me: Age: 17 Height: 170cm Weight: 60kg Day 1: I could do the moves but couldn't last for the 40 seconds, i was doing them until i could last - about 25-30 seconds and i could last only on the crossovers and the planks for 40 seconds and more. I was resting between the exercises for how much my body needed to rest - about 30 seconds. Day 2: I didnt expect to do all the moves for 40 seconds on the 2nd day, but still my abs were hurting when i was in the final seconds of the exercises. This time i limited the rest between exercises - about 20-25 seconds. Day 3: Same like day 2. Day 4: I did this workout 2 times this day but something clicked maybe because i was sore i had 2 training sessions and i couldn't lasted 40 seconds - i lasted 35 but i was close not like day 1, and forgot to mention on day 3 that my neck started to hurt a little bit and today is the same. Day 5: Same like day 2 Day 6: Same like day 2 Day 7: Rest Day Day 8: Same like day 2 Day 9: Same like day 2 Day 10: Same like day 2 Day 11: Same like day 2 Day 12: This day i did all the exercise without feeling sore or anything and 20 seconds or less was enough rest for me. Day 13: Rest day Day 14: Same like day 12 Day 15: Same like day 12 Day 16: Same like day 12 Day 17: Same like day 12 Day 18: Same like day 12 Day 19: Same like day 12 Day 20: Rest Day Day 21: Same like day 4 but i lasted for all the exercises, my neck is not hurting and i had little cramps while doing this exercise for the 2nd time, maybe because i had less sleep and 2 training sessions, btw i started to see results after day 13/14/15 Day 22: Same like day 21 Day 23: Same like day 12 Day 24: Same like day 12 Day 25: Skipped Day 26: Same like day 12 Day 27: Rest Day Day 28: Same like day 12 Day 29: Same like day 12 Day 30, 1 month: Same like day 12 Day 31: Same like day 12 After those 31 days i will increase the intensity of this workout by doing 5-10 plus reps at the end of each exercise. Day 32: At the end of each exercise i was doing 10 reps and on some exercises i had hard time doing those 10 reps and i increased the rest time for how much i needed to. Day 33: Same like day 32 but i dont had hard time doing that extra 10 reps and i limited the rest time, about 20-30 seconds Day 34: Rest Day Day 35: Same like day 33 Day 36: Same like day 33 Day 37: Same like day 33 Day 38: Same like day 33 Day 39: Same like day 33 Day 40: Same like day 33 Day 41: Rest day Day 42: Same like day 33 but this time i limited the rest about 20-25 seconds Day 43: Same like day 42 Day 44: Same like day 42 Day 45: Same like day 42 Day 46: Same like day 42 Day 47: Same like day 42 but this time i limited the rest time about 20 seconds Day 48: Rest day Dat 49: Same like day 47 Day 50: Same like day 47 Day 51: Same like day 47 Day 52: Same like day 47 Day 53: Same like day 47 Day 54: Same like day 47 Day 55: Rest Day Day 56: Same like day 47 Day 57: Same like day 47 Day 58, 2 months: Same like day 47 From this month i will increase the intensity more by doing 15 reps at the end of each exercise Day 59: I didnt had hard time doing the exercises and the extra reps, 20 seconds rest was enough Day 60: Same like day 59 Day 61: Same like day 59 Day 62: Rest Day Day 63: I finished all the exercises but struggled a little bit on the alternate heels because i had cramps Day 64: I struggled a little bit on some exercises but did them for 40 seconds and the extra reps and 20 seconds rest was enough for me Day 65: Same like day 59 Day 66: Same like day 59 Day 67: Same like day 59 Day 68: Rest Day Day 69: Same like day 59 Day 70: This day i added a little bit weight on the exercises because i was in the gym and i dont had hard time doing them and the extra reps, 20 seconds rest was enough Day 71: Same like day 59 Day 72: Same like day 59 Day 73: Same like day 59 Day 74: Same like day 59 Day 75: Same like day 59 Day 76: Rest Day Day 77: Same like day 59 Day 78: Same like day 59 Day 79: Same like day 70 Day 80: Same like day 59 Day 81: Skipped Day 82: Skipped Day 83: Skipped Day 84: Skipped Day 85: Skipped Day 86: Same like day 59 Day 87: Same like day 59 Day 88: Same like day 59 Day 89, 3 months: Skipped Day 90: Rest Day Day 91: Same like day 59 Day 92: Same like day 59 Day 93: Same like day 70 Day 94: Same like day 59 From this month on, i will increase the intensity by adding extra 20 reps at the end of each exercise Day 95: Same like day 70 but i had little bit hard time on some exercises and i needed rest more than 20 seconds Day 96: Skipped Day 97: Rest Day Day 98: Same like day 59 Day 99: Same like day 59 Day 100: Same like day 95 Day 101:Same like day 59 Day 102: Skipped Day 103: Skipped Day 104: Rest Day Day 105: Same like day 59 Day 106: Same like day 59 Day 107: Skipped Day 108: Same like day 59 Day 109: Skipped Day 110: Skipped Day 111: Rest Day Day 112: Same like day 59 Day 113: Skipped Day 114: Same like day 59 Day 115: Skipped Day 116: Skipped Day 117: Skipped Day 118: Rest Day Day 119: Same like day 59 Day 120: Skipped Day 121: Same like day 59 Day 122, 4 months: Same like day 59 Day 123: Skipped Day 124: Skipped Day 125: Rest Day Day 126: Same like day 59 Day 127: Same like day 59 Day 128: Same like day 59

It was good but a little too easy so i decide to keep doing the 5 min core workout but do it twice(10 mins).I think that one was more challenging.

You’re core will get stronger but you’re abs won’t come through. Abs are mostly made in the kitchen. A lower body fat percentage will get those abs showing. Stay discipline and you’ve got this my friend👊

If you’re experiencing any back pain when doing crossovers or any exercise then do a different one! I would hate for you to hurt yourself or get injured 😂

Put your hands under your butt when you do the crossovers, it helps with arching back

Not sure mate, this workout won’t be focused on burning calories. I would look at one of the HIIT or fitness workouts if you’re looking to burn calories👍
