Been doing this for 2 weeks. Today I stood in front of the mirror shirtless and my abs is just looking amazing. I don’t care about the looks, I just want to be in shape for soccer. Not only I see the improvement on the pitch, it also gives my abs a great look. Great workout. Consistency is key!

I will be doing this exercise and keep you active with my results every day. Info about me: Age: 17 Height: 170cm Weight: 60kg Day 1: I could do the moves but couldn't last for the 40 seconds, i was doing them until i could last - about 25-30 seconds and i could last only on the crossovers and the planks for 40 seconds and more. I was resting between the exercises for how much my body needed to rest - about 30 seconds. Day 2: I didnt expect to do all the moves for 40 seconds on the 2nd day, but still my abs were hurting when i was in the final seconds of the exercises. This time i limited the rest between exercises - about 20-25 seconds. Day 3: Same like day 2. Day 4: I did this workout 2 times this day but something clicked maybe because i was sore i had 2 training sessions and i couldn't lasted 40 seconds - i lasted 35 but i was close not like day 1, and forgot to mention on day 3 that my neck started to hurt a little bit and today is the same. Day 5: Same like day 2 Day 6: Same like day 2 Day 7: Rest Day Day 8: Same like day 2 Day 9: Same like day 2 Day 10: Same like day 2 Day 11: Same like day 2 Day 12: This day i did all the exercise without feeling sore or anything and 20 seconds or less was enough rest for me. Day 13: Rest day Day 14: Same like day 12 Day 15: Same like day 12 Day 16: Same like day 12 Day 17: Same like day 12 Day 18: Same like day 12 Day 19: Same like day 12 Day 20: Rest Day Day 21: Same like day 4 but i lasted for all the exercises, my neck is not hurting and i had little cramps while doing this exercise for the 2nd time, maybe because i had less sleep and 2 training sessions, btw i started to see results after day 13/14/15 Day 22: Same like day 21 Day 23: Same like day 12 Day 24: Same like day 12 Day 25: Skipped Day 26: Same like day 12 Day 27: Rest Day Day 28: Same like day 12 Day 29: Same like day 12 Day 30, 1 month: Same like day 12 Day 31: Same like day 12 After those 31 days i will increase the intensity of this workout by doing 5-10 plus reps at the end of each exercise. Day 32: At the end of each exercise i was doing 10 reps and on some exercises i had hard time doing those 10 reps and i increased the rest time for how much i needed to. You’re core will get stronger but you’re abs won’t come through. Abs are mostly made in the kitchen. A lower body fat percentage will get those abs showing. Stay discipline and you’ve got this my friend👊
