Do you know anything about the entertainment industry? Film is better than Music. Have a look at the pay disparity between women and men in the entire country doing the same jobs ? I work in large festivals I have seen the headliner standing on the side of the stage not going on. Because the promoters had not paid yet. Not an isolated occasion.
