Great content coach. Is it necessary to swing the mace in the other direction when single hand swinging? I.e. swing it outward to the mace hand side? I tried it and it’s tricky. Feels like my shoulder is going to pop out. Thanks in advance.

I’ve always advised against those and is why I always recommend Indian clubs for that reason (like in this video for the warm up) to work those directions with the light club with more speed you can control. A outside mace 360 has too much rotational torque against the shoulder capsule. It’s possible to do it with no more than a 10lb mace, but I don’t think it’s necessary in a serious mace lifting program.
