Slight correction with this pose and that is to place the top of both feet on the floor, not your toes.

You can feel stiff when your muscles are dehydrated, tired, stressed, or not used to a new position

Feet together , toes flat on the floor , the lift goes as far as the navel, hip bones are firmly parked on the floor and not lifted .
