🎄Pistachio macarons (macaroons)
Almond flour - 55 g
(or 40 g almond and 15 g pistachio flour)
Powdered sugar - 65 g
Egg whites - 45 g
Sugar - 45 g
😍Pistachio ganache filling
White Chocolate - 95 g
Cream cheese - 75 g
Pistachio paste - 30 g (in ganache)
Extra about 20 g of paste (opt)
Dry the macarons before baking for 15-30 minutes.
Bake at 150 C 13 - 17 minutes.
