Out of curiosity, why do you put words in their mouth “would it be a, b, or c” What have your results been between that and open ended questions that allow them to tell you what they need instead of what you’re giving them? Great video by the way. Just a question I was curious about because I’ve been taught both and for me open ended questions give me what they actually have problems with rather than something I’m bringing up.
