I won't lie, I was hoping Jim was interviewing Kim Pil-ju. His story really stuck with me. But it's always good to hear from new voices. Jim had a great rapport with with Angela. That was fun to watch. :) The channel AsianBoss has a collection of videos featuring interviews with a number of North Korean defectors, and even one where they introduce them to American BBQ that is just pure fun to watch. Save that one for last, because the stories they tell about life in North Korea and their escapes are freaking heartbreaking... You'll need a pick-me-up.

The real site is very intense and I would consider the longest running theater stage in history. The replica site here is also used for training. That was ground zero for any contact between North Korea and the outside world.

The JSA set is part of film studio that is constantly being used for film and television programs. There are several large outdoor sets here. There's even an ancient Korean village used for filming TV dramas. There are also several indoor sound stages.
