Since thelockdown I've been trying different types of workouts at home. So glad I found your channel! As a total beginner, 6kg weights and 12.50 Also, I still didn't get my first push up(workig on it), so I did kneeling push ups

If you're new to CrossFit style workouts, I would say 2-3 times a week. If you can do that for a few consecutive weeks without being too sore, then I'd bump it up to 4-5 if you're looking for more.

As long as you get the heart rate up and get sweaty, however you get it done is fine! Nice job!
