Good point about the smile, I never think of that and it makes a huge difference! Don’t hesitate to say it more often in your videos in case I forget 😅 that and the wiggle 😁thanks for all of it!

Just coming back from a recovery of a back injury, ive been making this pre run and post run for two weeks and i feel already my body strengthening. Never before stretched. Yesterday I hit again 10kms and feeling stronger Thanks a lot for this channel

Well done for still getting the stretch in Lori, I do that a lot as we have 2 little girls so taking time out to run and then stretching can be a little too much sometimes so I usually do my stretching later on when the girls are asleep. Glad I could help you as always! 🙌

Thanks for the reminder to breath and smile! Part of the reason I think I avoided stretching over the years is that I found it to be stressful and I was not able to relax to do it properly. Your videos are helping me to relax, enjoy the stretches and to be kind to my body. Thanks again for another great stretching video!

Love your stretches Ash! This is my favourite video so far. I ran for a couple of years but it was too much for my joints so I work out on an elliptical machine and use your stretches afterwards. I love how you ask how our run went 🥰

I really like that middle stretch at the 6:59 minute mark. Every now and then during your stretches you’ll add a newish one like that one, and it leaves me with this >>😮 expression of a good stretch! ❤

Thanks for this Ash. I've recently stopped using Strava and would previously have spent at least 10 mins mindlessly scrolling after a run. This is a much better option. I've not given enough attention to stretching pre and post run in the past but have found your channel very useful over recent weeks. Liked and subscribed! Cheers

So happy to help you start a post run routine 😊 I stopped using Strava too, I only use the Coros dashboard from my watch so I’m also only competing against myself and not comparing myself to others as there’s always someone better than us that can make us feel inadequate. I focus on being better than myself each month, then I know I’m progressing. 😊🙌🏻

I did this after my 9-mile run and I found I had some tight spots in my hip joints. Nice to have some of that awareness now. Thanks for the video, Ash!
