I love this workout!!! I have lost 28 pounds doing Insanity and the 21 Day Fix Videos. I work out 6 days a week, I drink water, and I feel great. My abs look good except I have small pockets of fat on either side of my belly button. :( is there anything I can do aside from a medical procedure? Thank you for your dedication and for sharing your gift of motivation! You are awesome.

Cut your carbs significantly and increase organic protein and healthy fats. increase cardio output and focus on higher repetitions. get into your cardio zone heart rate as well that's important.

I've been training my abs for a while. It seems they are developing uneven (one side is more defined than the other). What should I do to get the other side to catch up to be even? Thanks

Why is it you put your hands under your tailbone in the leg lifts? I've seen you do this in other workouts too but no other trainer else seems to do this. What is the significance?

Nicole Bailey It makes it so you don't arch your back and also so you're not cheating the workout by not engaging your abs as much as you should! It helps for support.

A lot of trainers do that...it also protects your tailbone. If you've been doing them without your hands under your hips and been trying them with them under your hips... you should notice the difference and why.. I'm sure if you don't have lower back problems it wouldn't hurt you. Though, I do feel with them not under your hips would increase your strength and the level of hardness.
