How are you doing ☺
@iyanavee26326 жыл бұрын
Άννα-Μελίνα Σταύρου with these workouts alone I actually got firmer around my core so it does definitely work ! I have a less back fat too! But I also started to walk/jog a mile everyday so my stamina is MUCH better. I eat way more protein and less sugar too. I only lost a bit of weight just 3kg but it's ok because I'm just trying to build strength and I have more muscle growth now! 😁😁😁

Anyone have thoughts on frequency? Thanks
@sidpaulson12 жыл бұрын
I prefer the minimal effective dose. 1-2 times per week or every 5 days is a great place to start!

Lying on your stomach is a great way to work on lower back strength without equipment!!

I do seated straddle up pikes and straight leg pikes 10 reps of 6 sets three on each side everyday..I just got back into planks everyday in the morning of course ( Planks are not apart of my regular workout I just thought this body line exercise would streamline my core but I don't want to stress any progession with the V)....is this going to help me get that V sit with the planks or just tax the muscles?
@sidpaulson17 жыл бұрын
The plank won't help your v-sit specifically. But all core strength is beneficial.
@carlogambino81097 жыл бұрын
Thanks Sid, I am pretty stoked about the progress, so much has been written about body line exercises, but I see what you mean, V sits, L sits and Mannas involve compression, hip flexor strength and balance lol ;)

How do you keep your lower back remain on the ground . Awsome video btw 💪🏿👍🏿
@sidpaulson16 жыл бұрын
Choose an easy enough progression, don't make it too difficult in the beginning!
@carlogambino81097 жыл бұрын
Sid what are your thoughts on Planks?
@sidpaulson17 жыл бұрын
Good exercise, but often too easy. Once mastered move on to a harder variation.
@lightitupaldc92475 жыл бұрын
I year late lol but if you have a yoga ball put your elbows on that that’s like a harder variation or put your feet on the ball and do push up position

When doing arch lifts, can you keep your knees together?
@sidpaulson17 жыл бұрын
Yes of course. Keep in mind I had to shoot all the exercises many times for the videos, angles etc.. I was very tired haha.
