That cobbed corn meal looked simply delicious. I would probably cook that on a hot fire grill during a nice hot summer's day. There was one time when one of my old chum, Gordon Bonepart foolishly decided to install a TV aerial himself. I did advise him to pay a professional to do the job for him, but Gordon being Gordon didn't want to spend tuppence goading the rabbit and insisted on doing it himself. He ended up falling off the roof of his Spanish villa and landed face first on an anvil, smashing all his front teeth out. He ended up replacing his lost teeth with raw popcorn. Which even to this day he still has, probably, I'm not sure because we lost touch after he ended up in a gulag and they might have popped or something. Fumbs up.

@hritikg9 ай бұрын
Kay, love the videos and the recipies you cook... If you ever try this recipie again, here's my suggestions- Use corn kernels instead of the entire cob, Chop up the sausages to bite size pieces, Put up the oil and butter in the pan, Add the garlic, then the kernals and sausages...along with lemon juice and some salt and pepper. When they get cooked, switch off the flame and add the Mayo and basil and mix them up... Anyways, looking forward to more wonderful cooking!!!😄😄 PS. I'm not the one who sent this recipie originally, but I have seen a dish being cooked in the way I have mentioned.

You can also fill a kettle up with vegetable oil, and use tape to hold the switch in the ON position (so it doesn't go off at 100 degrees Celsius) then deep fry the corn cobs in the kettle. Add the sausages and garlic after about 20 minutes and cook for another half an hour. Hey Presto you have a meal like they do in all them posh restaurants for a fracsion of the price.
