I've always been a proud Ghanaian. I get called a bounty because I didn't jump on the Patois bandwagon. Also, because my mum was strict I was taught to speak eloquently. I changed my name in college because I was bullied because I had a traditional Ghanaian name. Looking back now I don't know why I was so ashamed of my name because it is a big part of my cultural identity.

Shah Earnest me and my name Frimpong has actually been a conversation starter...along with the "ping pong" jokes. I believe it also seems Asian like Japanese so...never had any racism from it because my talent and eloquence spoke for itself. Don't shy away from your name. It's clear you can prove your ability so name doesn't matter.

Hey patricia This is amazing. I have recently stopped watching your videos along with a lot of other youtubers. Why? This year i decided enough was enough and my life needed to change. That meant I had to stop doing things that didn't really change my life and get a grip on my dreams and goals. I've been working hard to start my own business and by the grace of God things are going good. So seeing this pop up on my feed I just had to click! Your story is similar to mine and has been an inspiration to listen .
