Love the channel guys keep it coming! I like how the mic keeps creeping closer in frame lol you may look into getting a large capsule condenser mic or something instead of the SM7B for your setup. Dynamic mics like that one are mostly intended for close miking, whereas condenser mics need less gain and capture at distance better and will be able to keep your signal to noise ratio down making the mix less hissy. Either way I’ll continue watching your videos on the regular!

With GPS, social media, phone tower tracing, the ease of cheap HD video and audio recording, as well as the ignorance and stupidity of criminals is always going to be the organization's downfall. There are idiots on shows like "The First 48" that post their crimes on social media. One guy was positively identified by the camouflage pants he was wearing in a Facebook post and the same pattern in a security video where he robbed and shot two people, killing one, in a quikiemart gas station armed robbery. He was found with the same pants in his bedroom where he was ultimately arrested. The carelessness of all of that is beyond sad, it's pathetic.

As an attorney we absolute have a catch 22 for this snitch or not snitch. We have plenty of clients who are on video breaking the law and has enemies who are pointing the finger. We would be disbarred if we didnt try our hardest to get someone to make a plea aka snitch... of course it can hurt you down the road "possibly" depending on the clientele base you have. As legal def you either have a client who worked your entire moral compass on poor judgement of them while they not only lied to you but they did to the court real time without zero heads up. The top def attorneys dont care about snitches either way we depend on our resources and connection for better communication and positioning with the courts. Being a "rat" is childish to me personally especially growing up on section 8. I know exactly why a man would tell. These are fathers business owners, sole family providers etc. As a man I cant easily say id sacrifice my sons and daughter over a moral code that keeps me k1lling my reflections. I wanted a genuine change. I watch Bruce for entertainment primarily so I dont really follow the rabbit hole of is he doing or speaking things for views or sincerely means it. I would say the first is most likely and the smartest reason. I know he isnt racist and I know he seems to enjoy winning so it cant be he doesnt represent snitches. I can bet any of my cars he has and most like is still doing work with cooperating witnesses. The image he draws of the court room is hilarious as if any of the street ethics mean anything when you talking to a mother who is identical to the one who raised you out the mood struggling till their last breath that yea ya son gotta eat this 57 year sentence for his homeboy who shot at his moms crib... making tracks saying they dgaf.... Being in the streets at a time I would never turn away clients who want to become a real man for their family. Id rather them suffer mental guilt while knowing they cant fvck up no more because their name is on paper is more of a "i need to stay out the streets" wake up call than any scared straight or trumped up sentencing could ever bring. When these "soldiers" who stood tall in jail for things they didnt do or condone for another grown man you telling them to take responsibility for... I know just like me Bruce has had those mother sit downs and calls trying our damn hardest to get men to see the bigger picture for their family. They got lawyers let them worry about how they can defend their client my job is to keep mines free at any cost because you cant refund time to sons or daughters. you cant stand tall with a stable family while you saying no your honor idc they sh0t my mother my kid and my fathers and brothers.... I am a man first and the irony is so many "moral" warriors of the street code never been in the street or the ones who have screaming no snitching never been in those situations with real time. The real man thing to do is if im the ring leader and my ship crashed because im on tracks and facetime telling the state yea its me and yep i ordered that too.... So by our own ears as men okay he did the ish with shooting out women mothers and kids... yea defend yourself in court you was out of pocket champ you a man right you will be aight take care of your business these were your calls your orders so before anyone snitch fall on the sword like a real general in a real army no more pretend ish just because you can hold a glock side ways. Then again I am blvck and did have my upcoming to make me a decent attorney in general but I can see how Bruce can be lost in the character for the entertainment but I honestly as a logical man cant say with a straight face he is absolutely serious about not representing snitches when anyone can surely review his tried cases and I bet a house he has more than once shoot more than 100 at least lol. This is because public defenders are spread very thin across multiple cases at a time and they are usually set up in a certain district where they are trying to get in with the judge/prosecutor to move up in a firm or the courts. Public defense is a practice case for them. They don’t work for you whatsoever. Best bet is to get a lawyer on retainer if possible but that isn’t easy

I get stopped by the police, they search my car. They find an empty bag & he decides it’s drug paraphernalia. The only time I will be able to contest this is in court. To get a real lawyer to fight a misdemeanor C for you will still run you north of $4k. The prosecutor knows this so they offer you a “deal,” which in the long run will fuck you bc their “deals” are always convictions.

Those “proffer agreements” are really “king/queen for a day” agreements (at least in fed court anyway); and I never let my clients give ANY INFO; unless they draft a special one just for my client (bc they can actually use whatever your client says against him/her; as long as they acquire the same information from ANY OTHER SOURCE other than your client themself. Which, once they know the info; it is simple for them to find it from a different outlet.

I just found one of your videos today and I subscribed immediately and I've been binging all day! I've never had a very good opinion of defense attorneys, probably because I've never needed one. lol But today my opinion changed because of you, Bruce! You are a good man! Also there is an added benefit that anyone who does help a snitch might get caught up in some bullshit with who they snitched on. So because Bruce doesn't help snitches, no one will be bringing Bruce into any snitching drama.
