How to do Crow Pose (Bakasana) in Yoga

This is one of the first arm balances a yogi learns. During this class I break down different ways to approach it so that you can find a way that works for you.

This was fantastic, thank you! I actually held crow pose for a good few seconds and I feel so much more confident to keep practicing.

Thanks- this was very useful- One problem I have is that my knees seem to slide down my arms very quick - I guess this is probably a case of not having enough core strength to stay up for long yet.

Thanks for the video, Lizette! A small feedback: Please do not look towards the camera when you're in the pose so that we can see where our heads should be pointing towards.

When ever I try this pose ,I fell down in front and hurt in the face 2 times

my problem is my feet do not come very close to my butt

You can't do the Crow till you have strong arms and core
