Today on Hermitcraft Season 10 we continue sculkifying the base, play ‪@xisumavoid‬'s Mace Race with ‪@FalseSymmetry‬, get some advice on Nether Transport from ‪@JoeHillsTSD‬ to build a gravity coaster and 3 dimensional roller coaster, and finally meet with ‪@PearlescentMoon‬, ‪@SmallishBeans‬, and ‪@GeminiTayMC‬ at the Fireworks arena for a few Fight Club battles!

I did something similar once. I scraped off the top layer of a badlands island, replaced it with dirt, then mossed the entire thing. It's a serious grind and I have so much respect for Cub in doing it this way because I know first hand how much work it is. Dude's a machine.

I know you've done it before with the canyon back in s8? and of course your ancient debris hallway in the pyramid in S6 is just. everytime. You should replace the stone in the landscape with deepslate to blend it with the skulk better. Maybe blend it into the stone deeper in the caves with tuff.

Maybe you could add a way to pearl from the overworld into a player launcher that drops you into the coaster. Overworld to the end with minimal effort!

Going through the End portal directly with the minecart is cool. But Cub, it was much, MUCH easier to fix. Simply placing the overworld portal level or 1 block above the End portal.

Is it just me or does Cub always have the same storylines? Like, first he did the Vex story where he was in some kind of Vex Cult. Then he was doing the Crystal thing where he was in some kind of crystal Cult. And now he's enthralled by the Sculk in what may as well be a Sculk Cult. I've made it sound like a complaint, but I do think it's amazing how well it's being pulled off. But I do think it's kinda funny how he's managed to be involved with such things so frequently. Like, he's gotta get checked out for hypnosis more often.

Unless you have ice boat paths in the Nether with portals in the middle. Before you just went through them and only stopped if you wanted to. Now you enter through the portal whether you like it or not. There is no choice but to move the portal aside AND the overworld one...

Cub of the fan variety model 135, why not make a mob farm, releasing mobs in your perimeter, and grow the skulk by fighting them (maybe with other hermits too)!

I recently found a geode with a mineshaft in it, specifically, the cavespider spawner. The geod was in a lush cave that also had stalagmites. This reminds me of that.

Make a cinematic version of the gravity coster, that starts at the roof of the nether, falls thru a hole in the nether cieling, runs a bit there, enters the portal, goes within the stronghold, into the trial chamber, then the geode and then takes you to the end... that would be awesome. but I doubt it is doable without power rails... maybe with some clever portal linking and some piston launchers ?

I have found a couple of trial Chambers connected with strongholds on bedrock. since they both tend to spawn under Villages it's not super uncommon. The amethyst was a nice touch though

Hey cub great work like always. You could have just raised the portal in stronghold and had minecart drop in. You could also build an ender dragon head over the end portal to make it look like it eats you into the end dimension

Idea for end express: you can put some custom music disc ("thank you for use of express" etc, connected to some string in the end. Use your velocity to be sure it will be played only when they arrive via your jump port.

"Slappers Only" - what an amazing reference! lol Awesome video, Cub :) PS, I have a minigame idea and I think you're the Hermit for the job: Spleef arena with trapdoors and windcharges!! The problem with spleef in vanilla is the reset, but with trapdoors you never have to replace blocks. Run a flying machine lined with redstone blocks over/under the levels after the game, that'll reset your arena since redstone will always put trapdoors in the "open" position and they close when unpowered. The trapdoors can be placed to get perfect 2x2 holes, you could have them all the same way, place them with do random angles, or even have them randomly top/bottom side so they open weird directions (although opening down may be the best). The only pain is having to farm wind charges, but a lot Hermits have found ways to acquire them consistently. You'd have to playtest to find the correct amount of layers and amount of wind charges to give each player (I think it should be limited for strategy-sake, though); if all players run out then whoever is left on the highest layer wins. They're trapdoors, so you can flip them manually or use wind charges, you can flip them back to create safe spaces, and make sure they're reachable from below. The game is great for wind charge snipers AND parkour masters, plus this level of chaos is very "Cub". Maybe have dispensers setup on a toggle-able so players can choose some randomness? Maybe randomize trapdoor types (Spruce, Bamboo, etc.) to change levels of visibility between floors? My idea is yours, I know if you take it on then it'll get the proper Cub-ification. If you think another Hermit is better suited to build this, feel free to pass it on. I love watching the minigame shenanigans. PS, great video, as always :)

Once while exploring an ancient city, I spotted a geode on the wall. I busted into it since I didn't have any amethyst yet. Inside the geode was a zombie spawner. I lit it up and looted the chests. (which is a little underwhelming after an ancient city) That's when I noticed the ceiling of the dungeon was tuff bricks. There was a trial chamber attached to the ceiling of the zombie dungeon, that was inside a geode that was inside an ancient city. o_O

Hate to break it to you, but with that performance, I don't see you beating Ren at the Mace Race. I saw a few places where Ren would have a clear advantage. Particularly the section where you're vaulting over copper grates. Where you landed on the grates, paused briefly, and then jumped to the next totem, Ren skips right over the grates without touching the ground.

How cool would it be to extend the end section of the railroad into a crazy tour of the end that starts out by circling the island from down low and way up high on a course that makes it very hard not to aggro the Endermen, and then proceeds across the void using terrifying bounce launchers and other such things so that it constantly seems like you're about to fall into the void, and then ends after weaving its way through a big end City that is still full of shulkers. It Ends by launching you into the void, leaving you to abandon the minecart and fly away
