You do such a special wonderful service for those of us trying to learn to fast for longer periods. I cannot seem to get past day 3 due to what I call a fast heart beat that scares me 😳 the morning of day 4. I will try the lavender. Thank you

Thank you very much, that's very helpful advice! :) I will try to the brushing every day and use the lavendar too. I think though, when people feel discomfort during fasting, it also can be their mind affecting their body. I don't have much experience, but I believe that in fasting, you need to trust your body and rely on it, rather than trying to be in control all the time. It's like when you walk in the sea on a North Sea island. You feel in control as long as you're standing on the ground, but if a wave comes, it hits you really forcefully and you might fall. But if you let go, swim in the water and just go with the flow, the next wave will carry you very gently. So don't try to be always in control, but trust your body to feed you and care for you during fasting. It knows what to do and you are in good hands. :)

According to the fasting method of our founder Dr Otto Buchinger, you can also take in teas, juices and soups, besides water. My symptoms are mainly really bad headache, which begins slowly around the evening and starts to build up very stronglu to the point that i cannot sleep at night. The other one is acid reflux but the herbal tea helps remedy this.

I find the most important side effect that keeps me from fasting more than 5 days is Acid Reflux on day 4 - 5. I have had this every single time fasting and i dont know what to do about it.

I tried apple cider vinegar and that helps a lot for acid reflux. 2 or 3 teaspoon diluted with warm water first thing in the morning and I am fine n danddy for the rest of the day.

Is it possible that my 14 days fasting is related to a sudden rashes on my neck I experienced from the day 12? I feel amazing, have not any problems, am doing TRF in combination with prolonged fasting for 3 years, so fasting is not new for my body, but am very surprised by this experience.

I have had hypo (underactive ) thyroid for a long time, after a year long calorie restricted diet my thyroid switched to hyper ( overactive ) , the diet I was on by coincidence was similar to one recommend for treating the Ellision Bart Virus ( EBV). All inflammatory things.

I too am interested in this as I have hypothyroidism. I saw in one of your videos, Dr recommended staying on my thyroid med because we don't produce anymore of those hormones. I was diagnosed with it the same time I was diagnosed with MS. 🤔😪 So I am interested in fasting for both of those.

Besides unlimited amounts of mineral water, guests who are fasting are offered herbal teas, freshly made vegetable consommés and freshly pressed fruit juices - naturally all organic. Just wondering if fasting long term ( 40 days) could possibly help shrink a pancreatic non cancerous cyst. It has grown to the point of needing surgery if it keeps growing. Would it be dangerous to fast when pancreas is an issue?
