😂 😂 😂 What a journey for some perfect tofu brain, i dont understand what the coagulant is but congrats for succeeding🏆 I did this too but for soymilk. Last experiment was to make soymilk with some heirloom rice flavour but i got porridge instead. Damn starch! And damn my choice to include that starch! But it was ok tho even if the texture was wrong.
