@@nikto-l5g I did try to eat more vegetables, fish and so one, also I tried not to overeat, you can drink water, before you eat and you could chew your food more, cause you feel fuller quicker. I had a hard time with my food relationship, I can’t get rid of eating sweets and I think it’s better to eat them, when you like to eat something sweet, rather than restricting yourself and overeat yourself afterwards. I think a diet should make you feel better in a long time go. Nina Dappers advises, for example (she is a model and coach) did record some videos about this topic :) really helped me improved my understanding in dieting. I really hope you’ll find my response helpful in a way! I believe in you. I personally find change in a workout routine very important. I do exercises from Lidia mera (Pilates) from Nina Dapper (Cardio, leg and arm exercises) and from Lil (hip and thighs) But please do the exercises you really enjoy 😊 But this videos did helped me change my hip and my outer thigh to appear much leaner. So I would say try it out l, maybe it’s the exercise for you too :)
