Hi everyone! This week workout a little bit challenging! Its quite intense on lower body! Pick up any dumbbells of your choice weights around 20-30% heavy that you can carry. If you don’t have dumbbells. Use 2 bottles water for slight resistance. Perform this workout safely. Rest when you are tired. You guys can do this program 2-3 times a week , make sure to rest day after the session done. All the best! ❤️🔥

I had been a bookworm throughout my school and college days; got into a desktop job; been comfortably settled in sedentary lifestyle; had kids. It was during pandemic I started realising my comfort zone lifestyle and decided to change. I had tried workout routines from other channels also, but got on and off the track more often. Finally I found you on my 37th birthday, May 2024. Yours are absolutely beginner friendly. My achievement today is doing this session in full without taking more breaks and skipping any of the exercises. Now I try other channels as well, but I will keep in mind that I started from here. I will always thank you forever.

Hervorragend geeignet, auch für das männliche Geschlecht, sofern mankeine Muskelpakete entwickeln, sondern nur sich leicht kräftigen und beweglicher machen möchte. Eine perfekte Übungseinheit, meiner Ansicht nach auch für jeden Tag geeignet. Perfekte Ergänzung zum Laufen. Bisher das Beste für eine relativ kurze Zeitspanne, was ichgefunden habe, vielen Dank!

This are very effektive exersisis for runners who willcomplet their training. without pakets of Muskels. They have a wide range and are of short time. You can make them daily. A very good challenge also for men. Please more of them!
