Because it is horrifying to me that a child feels compelled to show off his body in a way that he's uncomfortable with to make money, probably pressured by the (very real) knowledge that he's on limited time before he gets 'too old' for teen girls to thirst over. And I can't even say "just do something else" because how would you even sell the idea of doing a poorly paid job with long hours where you are also exposed to shitty customers that demand things of you, when he can just spend a few minutes doing his current shitty job, get paid lots, and then play videogames to relax from it? @pensuls7595 From what I saw yes. But it's worth noting 100T is an esports team...that first got mocked when they did a tour of a very large, very expensive "training facility" (essentially a content house for video games, although I don't know if they were required to stream everything they did there.) I saw something about an actual content house being a thing at the start too? Plus the esports scene in general is struggling...found a post on the 100T subreddit that mentioned a report that came out and said only TSM (dunno who that is) was a profitable esports team. And even without all that, esports isn't fun unless you like grinding away at competitive games for hours everyday just to be abke to compete in a tournament you might lose in front of thousands of people who will then nitpick you on the internet. Vinny essentially went from making very little content to having to constantly be making content and also traveling to events. After Danny's description of Vinnie on the show, i'm actually really fascinated by him now lol. He does totally seem like "nerd trapped in a hot summer boy's body" just in the sense that he clearly hates the content he makes but knows/feels like he has to do it because it's hitting/succeeding so hard. Pretty easy to understand why that would make him angry and unhappy all the time. Honestly, he probably should try to pivot to just being a Twitch game streamer and just do it shirtless to pull his thirst trap audience in/get big numbers initially, then build his gaming focused audience from there. And get his own house once he starts getting solid Twitch income. He'd probably be happier in the long term.
@alicethemadrabbit18422 жыл бұрын
Agreed.... he should just twitch. Not even shirtless if he doesn't want to, he as a really good face. I feel him though, I'm an introvert and my social meter fills quickly then I get frustrated if i'm forced to interact with people more than I like... He's probably more way introverted than his current job lets him be.

I guess Vinnie is a good guy who understands that by keeping himself in is helping Tomas and the show at all because he is popular and cool. I don't think he hates being good looking, I think he has inner conflict about knowing he can do better and wants to follow his own thing (like Chase for example). He is a teen who loves to play games and enjoys being alone, which is not currently what he is experiencing because there's a pressure over him. I can say for myself how my behavior changes when I want to do something that's good for my future and someone is forcing me to do anything no matter how much time consuming it is, and somehow that makes me wanna just go somewhere and have fun with no relation with any of these things and just waste my time. It's weird because I can have enough time for my development while doing the other thing but still not doing it just because of the pressure. Even it can be the same as mine but when someone else is making me feel pressured I would go and play games or just hang out with friends.
