I (and I’m sure probably almost everyone who watched this) feel quite fortunate to have Mr. Johnston’s books and video to study. For all the times all of us on the #RESIST bent have lamented at the enabling going on with regards to the Legislature it is comforting to listen to David and at least feel that he knows what to do to fight this wholly soulless and evil “malaise” going on in our country. I DO think that as long as those of us who consider ourselves patriots realize that the rule of law needs to and must be our largest focus we CAN recover. Here’s a quarter thrown in the fountain with the hope that Mueller is able to continue his investigation unimpeded and we manage to pull off some REAL CHANGE in 2018! We have a lot to fix but we have to stay positive because this is just the beginning of a long process of hopefully transforming positive outcomes for immigrants, women, the Constitution and the environment; among many maligned parties right now! p.s. confusion to Drumpf, Nunes, Ryan, Pruitt and any other parties trying to play grabass with Lady Liberty while she looks after the country!

I worked for NJDEP for 4 years, saw alot of management shenanigans, and I can say that what he says here about how the State 'works with' big industry is very likely true [in this case casinos]. Then I moved on to EPA for 20 years and again, DOJ and EPA 'work with' big industry in pretty much the same way. Now obviously, Trump is every bit as criminal and crummy as claimed here, but ask the poor folks that live in Cancer Alley or Detroit or any where industry operates or used to operate: the problem is not merely bad actors like Trump or big industry. I know someone who was hired by the FBI to pose as a receptionist at a small airport. Her real job was to keep track of when the CEO of a major dept store leaves & arrives, or atleast that person's airplane. He was known as a major cocaine user & trafficker. I won't say which one but it rhymes with Bordstroms. This was circa 2000. I was very shocked too, but I know she doesn't invent stories.

Probably the reason why the moderator may seem uncomfortable is because in the grand scheme of things deep down he knows that what David Cay Johnston is saying is beyond accurate and that there's evidence to substantiate that. So if the host is uncomfortable then so be it because in our present circumstances today the truth is precisely what we the American people not only need but it is what we deserve so thank you Mr.David C.Johnston.
