I took a real estate class where they said the condo was actually buying airspace. that there is actually a foot level where property starts vertical like below your floor and ends just above your ceiling is the height. Now he already said you could find the land patent and assume the grant without being allowed in the house cuz the government stole it from you and then you go back into your house. Maybe you could get the land patent directly under your outside perimeter of your condo and then lease the other levels back to those owners LOL I don't think the property management company would be too happy but if you assumed part and parcel what could they do about it

David, what is one is a federal employee, but wants to be sovereign, or a state national. Is this possible? I'm working for fed, but it is not who I am. I still have a private life, correct, to be able to do what you suggest?

YES!! You can absolutely still change your status to a state national and do everything he's teaching you! The only two things that is different for you being a worker for the USA Inc is first you will still haft to pay income taxes on your wages to the IRS and second is when you are working your status will change back to a state citizen bc again your working for USA INC corporation so while you are on the clock and driving you must use a driver's license and the vehicle your driving must be registered with the state and have valid tags ect... but once you get off work & off the clock your status changes back to being a state national and you get into your private Automobile where you are free to travel too and frow without delay needing only your passport! I have a question. Ordinarily when I get tickets, I write a Cease & Desist demand on them in red ink & send them back & that takes care of that. Recently, I got a dip pen with purple ink, so I used that instead. This time, I received legal notices in the mail. What went wrong? I'm not very good with dip pens, so lt might have been hard to read, but there were three tickets. Surely they must have been able to read at least one Cease & Desist demand. The ink is dark purple, so maybe they mistook lt for black? But lt's not THAT hard to see lt's purple. I don't know lf this matters, but I used red ink on the envelope ltself, since I didn't want to bring a big dip pen & ink to the post office. Could that be lt?
