I am pretty active, I lift weights and train cardio 6 days a week but something about pilates with the calm music and cute outfits just makes me feel so feminine and I love it so much. Everytime I stretch myself, I cry. I can't even reach the ground when I lean forward. Atleast I tried. And maybe I'm gonna do that again to see any results... But I really love your workouts, you motivate me everytime!❤

I finished the plan now and I'm sure I can say that I see results. My stomach is more toned and I feel healthier. So I would recommend this channel to anyone! Thanls Madeleine!❤️❤️

I finished this challenge about 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to share that I've been doing these stretches everyday for this part week, and yes, it takes a few days to master the movements, so don't feel guilty if you don't succeed even though you did it 3-4 times. In the meantime I do other challenges, and it took me time to find what works for me. I never thought I'd succeed in my life to be the type to stretch everyday (especially with how little time the day gives us...). But here I am and I'm happy about it!!

Day 6: ✅ Keeping consistent with this routine, I’m happy this was a stretch day because I just got back from figure skating practice and my coach was telling me to keep stretching at home, I was also tired so this helped :)

Day 6. ✅ No weight loss, but I also didn't gain any. I feel way less bloated and better. I also don't look so bloated. Starting tomorrow I will start my calorie deficit and eat cleanly. I feel so good! I found Pilates to be way better for my body than any other workout program regime. 💝 Usually a week in I feel horrible but not the case here. Also wow this hurt a lot I am not flexible at all. UPDATE. I'm going to redo the program, but after doing 2 weeks of this and doing a calorie deficit these months I lost 10 lbs. Excited to rework on this pilates and see how far I can go now.

I've been doing morning jogs before these and today I went a little too hard on it.. Needless to say I appreciated this being stretch. Once my mom saw me doing pilates she's joined aswell (she used to do pilates when she was younger and got excited). ANYWAYS, LOVE LOVE LOVE these videos!! Best of luck to everyone!!

So I will do this for 50 days (or more bc i think sunday is rest day) now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. I will post my feedback for each workout under the following videos and from time to time some results as well. ( bare with my poor english TT ) DAY6️⃣Loved that stretch. I feel amazing afterwards but i will add some shoulder and arm stretches bc that was missing a bit. Still it feels like a recharge. See ya on monday. Results of this weel: I lost no weight bc I'm actually close to my period right now and I always gain a bit before my period. But my goal for this was never weight loss in the first place. I just wanna feel fit again and be a bit more toned. So even tho I have some water retention rn I still lost 1cm arround my waist and overall I feel amazing.

Ok so I may or may not have taken a four day break BECAUSE I was away but... I’m doing day six seven and maybe 8 on the same day today but at different times. But anyways I am so proud of everyone and myself! Thank you soooo much Madeline I finally was able to bend down and touch my toes for the first time!! I am so happy and it is all thanks to you! DAY 6:🎉🥳 Completed i guess this was harder to finish for me because, on day 5 i took a rest day (my auntie made potato salad and i was to full to work out 🤫) so i compacted 5&6 in one day. Even though i almost cried im so proud if myself and anyone whos here for completing. Even if you end up giving up maybe one day you can look back and say " let me try that again and see if i could make it farther than last."

I try to do hip openers pretty much every morning because how much I sit at work and these were great. Will definitely add some to my daily. I'm still not very flexible and the balance needs work but I feel nice and stretched. Day 6 - DONE

day 6: this one hurted help, I didn't do the stretches "properly" because its not about doing the exact same thing, is about stretching, so, reminder: don't get in risk of an lession just to do the stretches right, listen to your body and stop when your asking to much of it

I'm going to stop this pilates from today! Because this isn't making me feel satisfied at all, and i know why it's happening! I have gained weight and that's making me not doing it or i can't do properly.. So it's better for me to loose some weight and then I'll start this pilates again, hopefully this will work at that time! (From today I'm going to walk 5 kms everyday and do some high weight losing workouts that will make me sweat out and I'll be feel lil lighter and motivated to do this pilates and work it on me) till then byebye!! y'all continue it if it makes you feel satisfied or it works ;)
