Welcome to your Morning Momentum Yoga experience! The goal of this experience is to help you get refocused, rejuvenated, and motivated so you can live with more intention and clarity. Each day will explore a different theme so be mindful of which type of practice resonates with you the most and that you gain the most from. By the end, you will have a good routine for starting each day with intention, energy, and motivation.
Day 2: In today’s class you will be moving through many grounding postures to help you stay present throughout your day. Staying grounded will help you to truly experience this existence.
