I have been doing yoga with kino for about 4 years now, I follow her here and on IG. she is a great teacher. I have learn so much. And all though I can't do handstands or alot of the advance yoga, I had learn through the practice that my body is open to do much more, maybe one day I'll be able to do it all. In reality I do yoga just because it makes me feel so good.

Great! As a home practitioner I finally realised how to do this posture correctly. The feeling is completely different than before - I can't go as deep as before but I finally and hopefully have the right alignment (and activated legs 😬). The posture was more of a nice side stretch before. I am doing the half primary series and will watch every tutorial for a progression in my practice. Thank you for putting a new spark into my practice. Ich was kind of bored in the last weeks and now freshly motivated! Thank you so much for this.

These focused instructionals are wonderful. I practiced ashtanga for a long time then took a break to explore other types of yoga. (You never really leave the ashtanga practice completely....) But, returning with greater focus, I find your instructional sessions are wonderful reminders of correct positions. As well, a few show me that I may not have had the ideal form even when practicing regularly. Thank you for this unique and essential set of videos.

For the past few months, minus 1 month for healing, I've used your first book almost daily when I practice. It is currently full of highlights and underlines, but it is nice to see and hear and see these asanas basically, "In-person." What a privilege. Thank you for deciding to do something like this. It is only now after 2.5-3 years into my practice that I am beginning to understand how important more basic/standard poses like this are. They really have helped to form a foundation, which, I think daily continues to progress me a lot further in my yoga practice. It certainly has opened up my mind to the mind-body connection, the connection I have with my body - including the tiniest parts within and the connection I have with the universe. Who knew that something I once considered a "Woman's thing" would start to become more important to me after 3 years than going to the gym, etc. Thanks again!!

Thank you for this Kino, I only started yoga during lockdown last March so haven't had the chance to go to a class and receive instruction and I have definitely been doing the triangle pose incorrectly, until I saw your tuition, I had been twisting my hips and sort of forward folding putting immense pressure and strain on my hamstrings, but I see now that my hips were totally in the wrong position, I am really loving these tutorials focusing on a certain pose, thank you for offering up your knowledge for free 😊 🙏

Thank you Kino.🙏I practiced the Primary Ashtanga sequence daily for a couple of years. There was no explanation of the poses. I have your book. "The Power of Ashtanga Yoga". I love all the details you give in the cues and benefits. I'm doing this challenge to improve my technique, understand my body better and provide more meaningful cues as a teacher. I'm also hoping to understand pain and limited movement in my left side. Trikonasa has become difficult with restriction in the lateral movement. I have hip pain and lower back pain too. I remembered how the Ashtanga pratice opened my body and how healing it is. The full sequence though is currently making things worse. If you see this comment and have any suggestions for me I would appreciate it. Yoga and Pilates gives some temporary relief but the problem persists.
