I truly enjoy working out and thought it'd be a great idea to actually show you guys my struggles of working out. I'm not use to doing core workouts, so I struggled a lot more today!
I ALWAYS record AFTER I complete my entire workout session, and I usually trim it up to where you guys see me do a few reps, but I did my full workout in this video, of course, only 1 rep for every workout (: I hope you guys enjoy this video!
