Real talk: I cried frustrated/exhausted tears during this workout. It was so difficult and my chair was too slippery for a good purchase for my feet. But when I start crying, that's when I start fighting! So for the last 20 minutes, I was constantly muttering "yes, you f*cking can, yes you f*cking can" at myself and slapping my legs really hard like a gym-bro maniac hahaha. Caroline, you are beyond epic and I never ever imagined I would develop muscles like the ones this programme is giving me! And you're teaching me so much about mental strength and endurance. Thank you so much!

The first set of Bulgarian lunge to push up I was cursing you about the difficulty. As a trainer I know that when doing something new, the muscles and nervous system need to learn the movement pattern; therefore, the first set is always the most difficult. I did better on the second, even better on the 3rd and cruised through the rest of them with better and better form. Caroline subscribers: listen to her during her opening remarks when she says to slow down and maintain form. I only got 5 reps on each side throughout the workout, but they were good, clean reps. Don't rush and try to "beat the clock".

I had to stop twice for 5 minutes during this one at 33 and 48 percent because I was feeling I was going to puke 🤮. Hello Guys! My current situation is that I'm about to finish EPIC II, and since I missed 5 Workouts from EPIC I, I decided to get all of them done before Christmas. So this was one I still had to do and I was a little scared reading the comments. Since I was also on my period, I decided to go a little lighter with the weights (6kg, normally would have taken 8-10kg) and give it a try. Suprisingly, I got everything done quite well. It was still challenging, but I also had lots of fun and felt super strong, especially doing all those Staple with 3-4 Reps per Set and good form. With this I don't wanna brag, but I want to show, that following Carolines Workouts, really makes you a lot stronger. I was going to the gym before that for some years, but Carolines Program helped me to be more consistent, and brought me on a higher level, that I thought I would have never accomplished (hello diamond push ups!). So stick with her, she is literally the BEST Trainer you can get. Especially to the girls and womens: You can do it!

After two days off - I was drained after my job as it is physically taxing already. I was feeling worn down so this hiatus worked out good. I do rest when I need it. Today’s workout was crazy challenging for me. I certainly do all the moves that I am able to, and the ones I cannot I do I adjust to a version I AM able to achieve. For example, I broke down the Bulgarian to 1 leg into one legged squats and then pushups one leg on the chair to fill the time. I have Dupuytren's Contracture in one hand, and a bit of arthritis so I have to be protective of them... I find using some workout gloves with neoprene on the palms REALLY helps so stabilize my hands so they do not slip. Ohh and the Pistol Squat to Chair - OMGosh Caroline, that is an EPIC thing - and I’m afraid I just can hardly even think of how to get there... but I have the determination and drive and I LOOOOOOOOVE marking these things in my journal now for “goals” and when I REPEAT Epic after this I pray I have made the gains to see me accomplish these ones I struggle with now. I have never had any history of dance, or yoga or any type of interest which could give me flexibility and I can see that I need to truly work on this in order to one day maybe do all you do. I’m savouring the journey right now. Living in the NOW and grateful for what I CAN do.... Thank you, Bless you and I send you and your family so much gratitude from over here in Canada.

This was a really challenging workout, I had to modify the absolute life out of it because I'm struggling with my knees - but I actually learned that bulgarian lunges are surprisingly easier on my knees than regular lunges! As a result of all the modifying, I challenged myself with 9.5kg dumbbells and WOW. I feel like superwoman for nailing it even working around my problems, thank you for the amazing workout!

At 9pm last thing I felt like doing was 1 hour workout. But this was great and I feel AWESOME! Only you, Caroline, can really make me challenge myself without feeling a failure, but actually finding out I am able to do way more than I thought myself capable of! Thank you so MUCH.

Hello, Caroline! Hello everyone else! Today has been a difficult day for me ... my training is unsatisfactory and I have been training for a long time. And how did you manage ?! The Bulgarian lunges in combination with the push-ups made it more difficult for me, I managed, but I worked hard. It turns out that the position of the Bulgarian lunge itself is quite difficult for me, because I am shorter and my stride is smaller, hence my support is smaller. But I still succeeded! And I'm proud of myself! 💪💪💪 Thank you, Caroline! Have a nice weekend to you and everyone! 😘😍

Fullbody Friday seems to comes round so quickly, this one is extremely intense. So the Bulgarian to the decline press is a great move but it really is exhausting in a good way. The side planks on the chair are just super tough and after all those Declines the normal DB Chest press and Tricep Press hurt. Used a combination of 10s and 12.5kg DB mostly for upper body. This is a real burner, still a little under the weather but give it my all and the calorie burn for me was around 580. Will do the Cardio session which was posted last Saturday tomorrow as thats a fab session Caroline, I have done it three times this week ..have a lovely weekend eveyone. See you Sunday 😉

Hi Anthony...sounds like you are working really hard as you always do...you are very motivational with your commitment. Yes, those side planks were a tough one weren’t they? Today I noticed real progress! Back in June you posted a work out with those Bulgarian lunges into a push up, i’d not long started to follow you and I found those particular moves challenging (particularly on the right leg) I struggled to get upright after the push-up... so today I was concerned I’d struggle through those moves again... but no! They were completely achievable.... I actually couldn’t believe it, Really proud of myself for persevering and never missing a session. Thanks for the time and effort you’ve put in to help so many people. I love the new stronger me! Plus it’s Friday and the suns out! EPIC ❤️💪🏻☀️
