So glad and so thankful for finishing this 2024 with you, last October I was diagnosed with depression due to an eating disorder, so I´ve been working pretty hard with a psychologist, a nutritionist and your work out sessions to heal, thank you! Best wishes for 2025 💕

I love this program. It give the motivation I needed to start my fitness journey. I love that you workout different areas of the body. I also love that you give her new movements each week that keeps the workout interesting but challenging. 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I feel so much looser and less sore after this - thank you so much! I even got my husband to do it with me, who says he "feels less stiff as a board". Thanks for getting us stretching and moving on a day we normally wouldn't, Heather!

Mobility is always a gift to our bodies. The puppy pose felt amazing after lifting all week. The plow pose is one of my favorites when Im warmed up. I did the mobility sequence 2x. Loved all of it. Thank you HR and Team 4.0 congrats where ever you are. Bring on week 9

the mobility was so needed. I did a modification and held each of the poses for 30 seconds each, repeated and continued through the pause between set one and two. Loved the longer hold and stretch time...similar to the cool downs that you do Heather. 🥰

Wow 40 days in! This program is flying by so fast!! I totally loved this ❤❤perfect abs & booty with the ankle weights routine! And the mobility was incredible ❤ I tried getting my legs to go as far as I could during the plow!!🔥❤️

I will second the comment about book ending tougher workouts with the mobility movements. Especially again as some of us are in that transition into menopause …so important to keep those joints healthy at this stage.

Agree mobility is super important and I am glad you program them because there are lots of days I want to workout but I should really be doing something easier and recovering. These workout are the perfect compromise.

Loved this!!❤❤❤ Great ab/glute combos with added ankle weight resistance!🔥🔥🔥. This was perfect after a long car ride to re-engage core/glutes & nice "flowy" stretch for range of motion. We appreciate your effort in putting together great workouts! Thank you so much!!🩷🩷🩷

Loved this one! Used 2.5 pound ankle weights and the burn was real! The plow was not pretty, but something to work on!

This was a truly amazing workout, I really enjoyed this one. There was only the foot flex that was a challenge for due to my arthritic knees so I couldn’t sit on my heels like you can. My absolute favourite was the freestyle plow and that’s because I can touch the floor behind my head with my toes! Thank you once again Heather. 😊❤️
