I'm not sure if the young 'uns here on KZbin realize this, but Debbie Gibson wrote and produced every single one of her hit songs herself and was already touring at age 16 while graduating high school with honors. She had a ridiculously long string of Top Ten hits in the US in the late 80's off of two back to back albums and actually won Billboard's Songwriter of the Year along with Bruce Springsteen in 1989. Her song Foolish Beat also made her the youngest female ever to write, produce, and perform a US Billboard number-one single. Geez, overachieve much? :)

I believe this technology apps . All these things is slowly destroying mentally. Distancing us from other human beings. And lose the essence of interacting the old school way personally talk on the phone with touch tone phone , no cell phone . The 1984 phones. Public phones like that. That natural old school essence is lost . Whether we like it or not we keep moving to another modern era. Not necessarily good socially. It's sad . The human kind keeps inventing new apps like Instagram, tik tok. These things didn't exist in the 80s , the 90s. Another time another era.
