I can overlook Trunks not going to New Namek and reviving everyone post-androids because realistically neither he nor Bulma has a way of knowing where New Namek is unless King Kai communicates with them directly. And even that part is unlikely because King Kai was only able to give Goku a general direction when Goku asked him.

That new namek was hidden even from king kai, who was only able to give goku a general direction when they were looking for a new guardian during the android saga.

I feel like a lot of the time travel plotholes from the Goku black arc could have easily been fixed if the future trunks in that arc was from the a future version of the SUPER timeline and not the "future Z" timeline.

IIRC the Dragon Balls also have a max time of when a dead person can be revived (I believe 7 years). That’s why for example Vegeta if he wanted to couldn’t revive Planet Vegeta and the Saiyans or why Goku couldn’t wish back Grandpa Gohan after killing him accidentally. I think it’s also why Goku needed to revived with Elder’s Kai life force cuz his due date was long passed. With how young Trunks was when Future Gohan died, as well as the time that passed by as Trunks went back and forth in the timeline and waiting for the recharge, reviving Gohan and the other Z fighters was just not viable Also also the Namekians had moved to a different planet and only Goku knew where it was because of King Kai’s assistance because he just instant transmissioned there

There's only a 1 year time limit when it comes to wishing back large groups of people. When it comes to wishing back a person who died a while ago they can be brought back such as frieza was brought back to life in Resurrection F. The reason why Goku needed elder kai's life in the buu arc was because he was already brought back to life in the saiyan saga.

For the Future Trunks arc. The old namek is gone, the Namekians went to a planet identical to Namek, dubbed New Namek.(That maybe a translation error.) Whether they remade the planet or visited a new one, the difference is the location in the universe. Bulma doesn't know where this new Namek is. An actual plot hole here is how King Kai doesn't give Bulma coordinates for this New Namek despite the fact he did so for the saiyan saga. Infact he doesn't provide any telepathic guidance like he easily does in the main timeline, multi-planet threat or not. King kai's neglect to help the earthlings at all by this point is what causes Bulma to build the time machine. Despite the androids knowing about the Z-fighters, i don't believe Master Roshi is dead. Man is already immortal, and multiple media has pointed to Roshi, Puar and Oolong surviving in a submarine near Kame house. The androids don't care like that, they will attack humans out of pettiness but wont kill them all for later. Some of F.Gohan's encounters with them are implied to be Gohan trying to protect other humans, when in reality if he ignored them the androids wouldn't bother him.

Idk if Sage or anyone gets that, different timeline = different people. You could argue it’s a reach of an explanation but in every timeline that we’ve seen/encountered (17 different timelines!)[and we know there’s an infinite amount including heroes and the video games etc]. They all act differently from the main timeline or have different quality changes about each character. You can’t judge Fusion Reborn Goku like you would The LSSJ. You could name 3 distinct different versions of Gohan alone that wouldn’t make sense bc that’s not who Gohan is in the main timeline. So certain things that happen in different timelines are MOST likely a result of this. Hot take: UI (and the variations that come with it) is a best transformation in the series. -Looks cool (always a plus) -Had probably the better foreshadowing compared to ssj imo (an entire character arc for the form and still working on it) -Has a mentor behind the form and it isn’t just a myth actualized

I personally feel like… again PERSONALLY FEEL LIKE, the super sayian rage form is only for half earthlings bc it’s said that half breed sayians have more mental power over they transformations, n to response to the power level. Super sayian rage is probably AT THE HIGHEST, matching a unmastered SSJ3… that’s it… or a mastered SSJ2 at the least.

I swear I thought future trunks super saiyan ikari form was from by future trunks channeling his hopeful wrath feelings against both zamasu and goku black talking down on him and how it was his fault of how humanity turned out in his timeline, with those overwhelmingly over barrening emotions manifesting itself into a physical form aka SSJR and that form also coming from the years of training with the Kais & wielding the Z-sword that if you didn’t know, if an person can somehow find a way to wield it can in turn become the chosen one and will be granted in marginal increase in power to the point of insane levels. Because ultimately that’s the only thing I can see how that form works when looking at both the manga & anime versions of the dragon ball super goku black saga storylines.

Nobody knew where Namek was. They wished to create New Namek in a new place so nobody found it. Goku only found it during the Cell Games by ITing to Kai's planet and then scanning the universe from there to find the Namekians' Ki.

Tso rage no hate but in my opinion the SSR argument was kinda cap because most of the forms in dragon ball are made from emotion some examples are ssj,ssj2,and SSR the thing about SSR is that Vegeta had something like that in the g.o.d saga but you don't mention that and yes having a form that's supposed to be in between ssj2 and Ssj3 is stupid but it's supposed to represent how you can amp a form based on your emotions and the only few forms that weren't etaimed with emotions are ssj3,ssj god,ssjb,and ui but you can also say SSR is a family form since Vegeta and trunks both have the similar rage forms of pretty much SSR in my opinion a family form which is ewakend when someone they now gets killed or knocked out or just wounded and also trunks and Vegeta do have a similar that are just amp versions of forms they just got like SSR for Vegeta is like a rage boost for ssj and SSR for trunks is a rage boost for ssj2

From what I remember, New Namek's location is only known to Goku so even post-Androids, making a space ship wouldn't do much since they don't know where their destination is. And I doubt Trunks thought to ask Goku in the main timeline. Also Zuno seemingly didn't know who Zamasu was / was surprised by the attack so he isn't as omniscient as he seems.

Basically Dragonball Super the anime version is terrible especially in regards of The entire Goku Black arc. I hated the way it ended. Gohan's beast form was just his Super Saiyan 2 transformation remastered. It looks stupid as well.

I always interpeted Super Saiyan Rage as a failed SSGSS. It's Trunks attempt to ascend with minimal exposure to God Ki, hence the wonky aura. It's just a false god form imo. Still don't care for it either way, but what's done is done I suppose.

The androids don't have ki sensing and Baba can exist in both the real world and the afterlife. Even if ahe died, she could have found and brought Trunks to King Kai or King Kai could have told Trunks and Gohan how to find a way to train on Earth like the hyperbolic time chamber. King Kai doesn't only intervene in universal threats, he only over sees one galaxy or one fourth of the universe. Supreme Kai only intervenes when the entire universe is at stake.

I know this is 3 months late but literally: they couldn't go to new namek because they couldn't. OnLY reason why they found it in the main time line was because Goku ITed up to King Kai and asked him where it was. And new namek is supposed to be "hidden" away somewhere else in space. Obviously he can't do that in the future time line and it wouldn't be smart to go out and look for it at random. King Kai could've communicated with them and told them where it is but he didn't. Idk

My headcanon is that ssjrage isnt a thing rather its just a pissed off ssj2. I think the blue aura isnt really an aura but ki thats flooding out of trunks since he cant control it, and his pupils disappearing might just be because again he is extremely angry. Like broly in the broly movie. I think its very valid that trunks gets it considering he lost everyone he cares for and was just told that it is hes own fault, realising the truth in what black said and taking into consideration that all trunks wanted to was to save everyone i think it gives perfect since for him to get a rageboost so severe that he gets ssjrage. In the show even Goku didn’t know where new namek was and he needed king Kai’s help to point him in the direction of new namek so he could IT there. The thing people forget about though is that when Goku went to king Kai for help he was SLEEPING. This may not seem like a big deal but considering Beerus slept for years and missed DB and 99% of Z(BOG comes before Uub) it does infer that when these deities sleep they can sleep for years. Basically king Kai might’ve taken a nap when Tien,Yamcha, and Chaotszu were wished back to earth since the entire frieza saga was mentally draining and he just never woke up to take a look at earth when the androids came.

It’s never stated in the manga or anime but I think the namekian dragon balls can’t bring back any body who has been dead for more than a year. But taking resurrection f into consideration the earth dragon balls after there upgrade. But could only bring freeze back in peace’s who had been dead for 15 years and his body was cut to peace’s and disintegrated. And future piccolo had been dead for 18 years and future Gohan had been dead for 6 assuming the namekian dragon balls has been upgraded by then is probably guaranteed but the biggest problem would probably be does king Kai know were new namek is. if he does, at the least maybe future gohan could be brought back but nobody else

The go to namke take isn’t bad in my opinion, there’s a chance the androids could destroy the space ship but that’s if they even care enough to take action in the first place. Hell even the bulma thing bulma clear evaded the androids for years in trunks timeline he’ll even Goku black till she got caught up. And par of that is the androids didn’t view her as a threat enough to go kill her. Cause if they did she would’ve been one of the first ones to go. Even the space ship thing is if they directly see the ship leaving earth there are places on the planet that still had some sense of normalcy. They could always just leave in a remote location even more so cause bulma should already have a ship to go there or something similar or at least the schematics for one cause they’ve already been there by this point .
