This meditation has an importance of its' own simply because so many people suffer from these emotions of worry, fear, anxieties, anger (suppressed and silent or expressed explosively without any consideration or thoughtfulness) that I thank you for suggesting a way to gain control over them.

I like the image of emotions, especially negative ones like fear, worry, anxiousness,to let yourself be overwhelmed by too many things to do,etc. just dissolve away and restore feeling relieved, comfortable, safe and sound.

It was a good meditation. I've read that emotions can get stuck in the body. Could you pls do a video on somatic meditation to release emotions from the body?

Thank you, it was really helpful! We also had a laugh, as I did this with my partner. When it was time to say goodbye I said out loud, goodbye Terror Trixie...and my partner responded goodbye Overwhelmed Oliver.... 😂
