Such a good meditation I have ever done, it helps with even organising my thoughts. I request you to give a focused attention meditation. Your video on focused attention is old ones i would be happy if you do new video on focused attention meditation

I found that this meditation presented little or no challenges as a first thing morning mrditation. I was calm and most of thr time in a neutral state of mind and hadkust very few wanderings of my mind, which came and went gently without, it seems to me, any real effort.
