This 30 minute deep stretch yoga class works toward Hanumanasana - full splits pose. The class focuses on opening hamstrings, hips, quads and psoas. There is a lot of attention brought to the breath throughout this yoga practice. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

I've been working toward full splits pose for a little while now. This class helped me come the closest I've gotten toward the full pose on both sides! I'll be coming back to this practice often. Thank you, Erin!

this was an awesome class! Used this class to stretch my legs after a run. The flow was perfect and my legs are feeling much looser.

ten years ago i used to dance ballet, and was super flexible. Over the years I stopped stretching etc, and now that I've been doing this video I'm practically back to my splits again.Thanks so much!

I have such tight hip flexors, quads and hamstrings new to yoga but exploring! Erin, this is the best "walk through class" for splits not to challenging but slow and focused on breathing! thank yoU!!

intense intense intense :) i put a block under my thigh to prevent me from over stretching for splits, but moving the front leg to an angle was new to me, awesome stretch session!

Erin, you are my favorite teacher thus far. Your videos are so great for deep stretch since I'm so tight! Just starting in yoga and I can't say enough good things.
