Delia's technique for Crispy Roast potatoes I have been doing for over 30 years. To this day, its the only technique that works for me. "Shake the potatoes " lol Shared with my American family and friends, they are converted. God Bless you Delia, you changed and influenced my life as a women, wife, mother and grandmother ❤

I’ve enjoyed this so much; thank you for posting. I’m not British, but who would argue that Delia is a treasure? Binge watching her while I do my own kitchen work is so relaxing & informative. (In the States.)

Absolutely fascinating! We are about the same age, so the historical part is really close to home, but I was in the US.

I am 70 and I never her of her until I ran across this video. I liked the Christmas video. Britain is not known for its cuisine. She went to Italy to learn to cook.

There's not a man watching this who is not envious of her husband :) EDIT: Also, I am sure I am not the only one taking umbrage on her behalf at the "not sexy enough" gybe! :D
