One-pan Alfredo Pasta with the deep flavor of chicken.

- 80g, 4 Button mushrooms
- 80g Half an onion
- 25g, 4 Garlic
- 160g Fettuccine (other noodle can be used)
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 16g (2Tbsp) Cooking oil
- 20g Unsalted butter
- Black Pepper (turn off the heat)
- 400ml Water
- 150g Milk
- 150g Heavy cream
✤ Chicken Marinade
- 168g, 1 Chicken breast
- 1.5g (0.5tsp) Salt
- Black Pepper
- 10g (1Tbsp) Wheat flour
- 8g (1Tbsp) Olive oil
- 1g (1tsp) Crushed red pepper
✤ Toppings (optional)
- Parsley
- Crushed Red Pepper
✤ TIP
- The reason for adding flour to the chicken seasoning is that it removes the smell of chicken, but when you stir-fry the chicken, the flour is also roasted, which enhances the flavor of the sauce.
- Finish it off with a lot of sauce. It looks thin, but if you put it in a bowl, the sauce thickens.
