You're such a relatable KZbinr! I know you weren't trying to be funny but there is so much comedy when one shares their vulnerability and can laugh at oneself. We've all been 'stuck' but I love the way you pushed through this marathon! Totally enjoyed the Part I and II sock design episodes! Thank you!

I love how real you are. I laughed with you. Such fun! I think March is a hard month with all the weather changes. Warm one day cold the next, that is a roller coaster. So, I think it effects us emotionally without our actually being aware. I find decision making hard in March but feel a deep need to make changes, not a good combination….. and it translates in almost everything I do. Sock knitting is just another area that get messy.❤❤❤

Colors are such a funny thing. Ad soon as you started knitting the leg with the dark burgundy color around the middle of the video I was like Nope! However, as a lover of all things purple I was hoping to see how that combo worked. I have a lot of time on my hands but I can’t imagine knitting on your time deadlines, it would make me extra anxious. Different strokes for different folks and all that, right? Glad it works for you.

So amazing! Thanks for taking us along on the design journey. You finished them, and they are beautiful, that’s what sets you apart…it’s a process and it doesn’t always go as planned. You making yourself vulnerable to us is such a gift. I teach knitting and so often knitter’s get very caught up in perfection and getting down when things go wrong. I try to get them to understand that they are learning and mistakes aren’t setbacks they are opportunities, frustrating opportunities, for sure, but alas such is life! Thanks again and YAY you did it🎉

I just got home from visiting my grandkids overnight, and had to run in and watch this week's episode😅 I was so bummed that I forgotten to bring my earbuds so I could watch b4 bed last night, but my husband so would not have appreciated that move. But, he was totally fine waking us all, including the 11 month old baby, with his alarm at 5 am this morning😂 I get the laughing. I do the samething. I do find, some people are humorless in certain situations about it. Like the time we were white water rafting down the New River in WV. The guide said we could float in our life jackets down a set of rapids, but he cautioned stay on the left of the large rock. Well, as only I can do, I got going down the right side of that rock and couldnt swim against the current. All I could do was laugh. My husband said, "I'm gonna need to to quit laughing and swim harder!" Yeah that wasnt even a possibility, so was else was I to do but laugh. The plus side is my grandkids think I am a hoot , because Gaga is always laughing!

Now I don't feel so bad!! Another low: seeing everyone in my sock knitting groups knitting socks from your book when mine won't be here for at least 2 more months!!! Thanks for being so real. Take care!
