4 pranayams 1....Ujjai pranaym Inhale max air by nose then chin lock for at least 10.15 counts ..then lift head and exhale with left nostril..5 rounds 2...kapalbhati..exhale forcefully and slowly.for at least 2 min. 3...bhramari pranayam 4..nadishodan or anulom vilom 10 rounds Acupressure point .on palms thumb fingure .after 1 st line entire area .press it for 2 min Shankhmudra with inner tratak.for 2 to 5 minutes All this for 6 months or 1yr.

I also had TSH level 10 at one point of time. I started doing yoga for 1and a half hours in the morning. The best aasan that helped me was "simh aasan"(lion pose× 10 times), Ujjai Pranayam ×21 times, shankh mudra for half an hour. I was also going to the gym for an hour in the evening. My single minded goal was to get my TSH level to normal without allopathic medicines (once you start taking thyronorm it is for life...which has very bad side effects and will definitely lead to heart disease/arthritis/diabetes). In 2 months time with a lot of hard work and determination I was able to get my TSH levels back to normal without allopathic medicines

Dr. Bhatnagar I hit upon your video by chance and am so grateful to God for that because I am suffering from thyroids and I start coughing easily if I take a small piece of watermelon. The coughing persists and no medication helps relieve it. I hope the breathing exercises will rid me of my thyroid problem and chesty cough.

Thank you for this video. I have been doing the exercises every day for a few weeks and already see and feel results. I have had under active thyroid for years. Recently I developed over active thyroid, a goitre and nodules and was experiencing discomfort. Already the discomfort has gone, the goitre looks smaller and I can’t feel nodules. I am waiting for an ultrasound. I will continue theses exercises as part of my daily routine. Thank you❤️🙏🏾

Hi Mam, when you published this video from that day I started practising thyroid pranayama. I was taking 25 mcg tablet. After 6 months it was reduced and dr suggested to take 12.5 dose. That time I was very happy and I wanted to live life without taking thyroid tablets. As Dr suggested to not take tablet for next 2 months and do the test. I did it and the report is normal without taking tablets. I would say my 7 year thyroid vanished in 1 year practising this asanas. Before practising this I have tried many things like ayurveda, homeopathy, diet but nothing was working.Thank you so much Ma’am. Lots of love and and hugs to you❤😊

Mam I discussed this with my doctor.. but he says once you are on medication for more than 10 years your thyroid gland is almost dead, reversing that condition is impossible..but the way you explained still gives me hope❤

I'm so glad I came across Doctor. My numbers are always borderline high or borderline low. All my life I go from size 0 to size 8 in matter of 3 months. I go from not eating at all or very little to eating normal size meals twice a day and gaining awful amount of weight. So I am going to try this because I am tired of having a closet full of clothes of range of sizes and keep monitoring my weight and dieting. I'm in good shape. And I bet I won't sweat so much at night and sleep better. Thank you Doctor. I love your videos. This is a true medicine. Medication just covers up symptoms.it doesn't heal!!!!!! Thank you. ❤Namaste

@S4KuR4Ch4N still on medication but only a 10th of the dosage I used to take. But I am doing a lot, like yoga, acupressure, acupuncture, osteopathy, reduced my working hours and improved my diet (some would say I always ate healthy, but apparently not healthy enough) by lowering carbs. Also working to improve adrenals and estrogen levels. And soon I will start a programme recommended by my doctor to get rid of heavy metals. Some of this would surely help with Hashimoto too. Hope you are feeling better now. My doctor always recommends (not to me but people with low thyroid function incl. Hashimoto) taking thyroid extract (desiccated from pig or cow, instead of the medication) as he has seen that in many cases the thyroid can in fact grow back.

Dr am from Mauritius I watch all ur videos n put in practice I had several thyroid nodules I follow my treatment n do echos after doing all u tell us in this thyroid videos after a few months gone for my review Dr told me some nodules has shrieked n become less smaller Great madam was very happy otherwise they were increasing in size tks a lot for sharing God bless u n everyday I practice yoga Nidra also n advise everyone to follow ur videos tks a lot😂😂

My doctor hasn’t give me any medicine. But I have two uncomfortable nodules on my front neck. My doctor said, lets just observe my nodules for three months until my next blood test. I’m afraid… feels like these nodules are getting bigger. So, while waiting for my next appointment… I’ll try doing this yoga. I hope it will shink the nodules. I hope you could help me doctor….

Dr, I am 70. I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism. After following treatment for so many years, I have lost hair and you can see my scalp. I have got vertical ridges on my nails. I have dry skin problems and feel tired. I am disappointed with my doctor treatment but they are not giving me any remedy except for the tablets. Doctor, my hope is with your instructions of pranayamas and I will do them. Is there is any hope that my hair can develop any roots? Thank you, Doctor! Your exercises mean a lot to me even though I am 70.
