Natasha where were you, 5 years ago, when I was learning how to make Dalpurry roty. I whatched all the video's available. I succeeded, but your teachings are the best on line. Thank you. Curry leaves are very, very hard to come by but soo tasteful, thanks for the new learned tricks.

Big up. I grew up with Jamaicans but have had this with True true trinis and Mauritian i have always wanted to make this cause it is one of my favourite breads. I failed big time first time i tried. I have made it twice now thanks to this vid 20 sec each side twice done! I add turmeric to my flour cause i like my roti yellow.

The street food in Trinidad is akin to indian roots like puri chole etc. Even mauritius street foods are almost like trinidad street foods. In mauritius, you see a guy with bicycle selling dholl purie around the street corners. Behind his biks is a small glass steel trunk which is a mini restaurant by itself. Your country is greattt....i wish i cud visit but due to the constraints of distance. best regards LBV PRASAD INDIA
