Tai Chi for Diabetes was created by Dr Paul Lam. An gentle exercise to enjoy and improve fitness, hypertension, muscular strength, flexibility and balance. An excellent introduction to tai chi to gain the many health benefits of tai chi.
Tai Chi is an enjoyable exercise that can relieve your pain, improve your health and to stay active. It is simple, easy to learn. Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo.
A simple, gentle form of exercise suitable for beginner. Combines gentle physically exercises and stretching with mindfulness. Tai Chi can improve balance, fitness, flexibility and balance.
Practicing tai chi help to cultivate Qi or life energy with us to flow smoothly and powerfully through your body. Total harmony of the inner and outer self comes from the integration of mind and body, empowered through healthy Qi through the practice of tai chi.

The power of Tai Chi you can feel the internal energy flow from week two to week three. This form as beautiful, and healthy as it is, it's full of Martial Arts that is quite devastating. The beauty of Ying and Yang a universal principle that applies to all.

I am being certified as an instructor for this form of Tai Chi. Since doing it after diagnosed with Diabetes. It appears my diabetes is now almost non existent. I practice an hour a day. My blood sugar is between 4.8. - 5.7

Can anyone give a medical explanation for why these Tai Chi moves will benefit diabetes sufferers? Are there any diabetes patients who were cured after doing this Tai Chi?

because some special moves activate some special organs in a special way, but at the end its even not fully possible to explain why insuline works as it works so you never will get a explication until you believe in it.

Because it activates Chi energy through certain meridian body points that help stimulate the organs into better health that have and are effect by the diabete
