Took my week one progress pics🙌🏽...waking up at 6am for cardio, best schedule change! No sugar added meal plan for me, one week and it’s going great!! Mama of Four here no excuses!!! Thanks a lot for the inspo, my journey began almost a year ago, 4 months postpartum from my 4th child and it’s been going great currently at 144lbs compared to 178lbs when I first started back in May 2020...so watching your videos and tips has helped a lot! Goal weight is 135 so I’m working my ass more during this 6 week challenge. You’re doing great!!!

It was very encouraging to hear that you missed 2 days of training. Thanks for sharing. I have been staying fairly consistent with my meals but not always realistic to get to gym everyday. I have been getting down on myself about that. I missed one day last week so I'm adding those exercises into this week but now I have sinus infection and feel like poop. So staying hydrated and doing short sessions is my focus. Life happens, we just have to adapt and roll. Hoping rest does more for me this week.

You are amazing. I really like your training program. It’s helped me organise my time and week at the gym. I have leg day, back day, chest day and another one that incorporates calves, arms and I now stretch and make the gum more regularly because I have to get each part of my body done. Now I’m looking at my diet. I did a journal for what I eat and realised when I am stressed or anxious I choose wrong foods. This week I have tried to eat more protein and less high calorie intake from sugary foods ( ice cream, chocolate and sofas). Thank you.

HEY DANA great session on the bike ...intermittent fasting is great for the metabolism and blood pressure. I started one day when I actually forgot a few meals after training...because I was online playing Mortal Kombat 11, lol...Great video... love your Content! STILL MISS THAT DOPE INTRO!

Pulled 'I Think' an adductor muscle in my thigh pretty good on jumping lunges. So missed leg day this week so I can recover from that. So I think everyone is hitting obstacles. The diet is a rough one as well. But I think we are doing good!

Dude I just this week prepped all of my lunches and nixed the rice because it was making me bloated and then there's THIS. 😧 but I do eat hella oats and sweet potatoes for other meals, so we will see how it goes. I'm doing the summer shred on the sidelines. Accountable to the person I see in the mirror! Thanks for these fire dlb daily workouts! 🔥🔥🔥

I'm a chronic under eater- if I wake up early (around 5am) I have a much easier time eating all my meals. If I get up and busy I forget to eat until 2pm it's HARD to get all my calories in.

Tabata is a style of HIIT where you go hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and do multiple rounds of that for a short, but hard workout
