Your thumbnails and titles are becoming very misleading and catfishing type which honestly has been bothering me for a while. You don't need to mislead people to think that your review will be negative when its not just so that you can get people to click on it....

@@515aleon agree. the definition of brutally honest is when someone expresses something unpleasant with brutal honesty or frankness, they express it in a clear and accurate way, without attempting to disguise its unpleasantness. This was a positive review and she liked almost everything she ate; hence the title is misleading as well as her thumbnail expressions. That’s all we are saying. I’m sure she can take some feedback on how she is coming off to some of us. That all.

Abbey, I just want to say- I love your channel. I struggle with several mental illness diagnoses and neurodiversity. Disordered eating has been something I've struggled with from when I was 13. Whenever I start thinking in disordered ways, I watch your channel and it helps me to keep my habits healthy and safe. While I have been in therapy, your videos have been a very positive influence on my life, and keep me motivated to combat disordered eating and to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I’m really glad that a professional reviewed Sami. I was just watching one of her Instagram lives yesterday and there are always negative comments on her what I eat in a days like “where’s the rest of the food?” or “that’s not enough calories for her height, she’s restricting to stay skinny.” It just seems like jealousy from people who don’t know proper portions.

I don’t believe anyone being “picky”, everyone has different reactions to tastes even if they eat the same foods. Saying, “you don’t know you like it till you try it” is so insensitive because sometimes you can predict how something may taste based on smell or the look of the food. Even foods made of the same thing, pizza sauce compared to diced tomatoes, for examples, have different textures and taste. Many people I know get funny looks when they say they hate raw tomatoes but love pizza and pasta sauces, or onion rings vs raw onion. How a food is prepared is often a factor. People often hate foods like Brussels sprouts boil them to the point they stink and are soggy. Roasted veggies for the win!!

Bone broth with onions, carrots, garlic, celery, and bell pepper is the beginning component for so many recipes popular in Louisiana. Jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice, etouffee, soups, etc. I always make a good bone broth for cooking each week. Talk about a beautiful layering of flavors common in my New Orleans cooking!

Hi abbey! I think what would be a fun video series is if you maybe revisited your favorites/unfavorite “what I eat in a day” and actually ate them in a day yourself! A lot of these also claim to be really easy meals for busy days, it would be nice to see if that actually is true! You can also rank the days based on satiety, nutrition, etc. to yourself (like you did eating multiple people’s breakfast)! In addition, I think it would be fun if you put in the end of the day how else you could use the leftover ingredients. For example, that pasta bowl with chickpeas looked great. How can I use the rest of the chickpeas and arugula to make a really great salad? What else can I use with the pesto? I think people have a problem starting with where to eat healthy and sustainably. This would be a good visual to see where to start

A really good non funky tasting bone broth is Pacific Foods Organic bone broth. They make no salt added chicken, turkey, and beef and it’s sold at Target and other regular grocery stores. I agree that the trend of straight up drinking it as if it were coffee isn’t for everyone and I only do that in the winter in the afternoon. Add a pinch of salt and some cayenne pepper and it’s so good to sip. Otherwise I add rice, noodles, and veggies for a quick satisfying soup if I need a lazy dinner.

What’s considered “too much” sugar in a day for someone even though it comes from natural sources like bananas ? For ex: 12g in oatmilk creamer, banana from my oats, 12g from my Yasso ice cream, pb fit powder etc etc I tend to reach 60g really fast but don’t want to feel guilty or feel like I have to restrict bc i take your advice abs make sure to focus on nutritious meals vs restricting and making it bland just to not exceed on anything 🙄

Thank you for not demeaning some of the elimination portions in a diet. I eliminate gluten also... always. However, it is because I am celiac. I tend to do very low carb just for inflammation issues. I am grateful that dairy doesn’t bother me, because dang, giving up bread was hard enough. I enjoy my yogurt way too much. I eat foods that I love. Lots of veggies, proteins, dairy, berries, nuts and seeds. I do have phases of cravings... and I do indulge. Food has to taste good and we have enjoy what we are eating.

Abbey I'm reminiscing about the first time I heard an IG/YT influencer reference something as clean and I left comments and questions on both platforms asking what does clean mean! Needless to say I never got an answer.

Hi there, Question for you-in one of your recent videos you mentioned that the nutrition facts that are printed on the our food can technically vary by 20% and still be considered “accurate” by USDA standards. Do you have any recommendations for where I may be able to find accurate info?? Any specific websites that you find to be a good source?? Thanks in advance! 😊

It mystifies me that bone broth is a trend but homemade soup is not. My husband has a pressure canner and makes bone broth from scratch. We use the broth to make soup (ie beef broth to make minestrone). Would we not get the benefit of the broth while eating the soup? The broth being the time consuming factor you could buy the broth and turn it into soup.🍲❤️🍲

@Mary because animals store lead in their bones. You can find studies online. I don't think it's necessarily enough to cause harm but drinking it daily is potentially not ideal!
